Nice sized room with a slight view of the park and city. Very helpful staff .
Construction noises every day from renovation was very load. Could not rest in room during the day but it stopped after 4pm. Breakfast buffet and area below expectations for a Somerset.

The quality of the staff make this hotel a pleasure. I always felt that I was more than a valued customer.
The building itself is a bit old and that creates some obvious issues. Still, everything works.
