The area is perfect for catching your flight especially in Terminal 3. The place itself we’re very convenient for families to stay in. There’s a lot of food shops restaurant near the place too. The host Ms. Joan were very accomodating as well as Ms. Shane the housekeeper who’s very helpful. We’ll definitely come back again next time! ✨✨✨

A Home away from Home. It was a very nice and comfortable place which is big enough for a Family of 6 or group of Friends.
It's very close to Newport Mall which is where my Son's Graduation was held and we picked a very good Staycation to spend 2 nights and 3 days with access to the pool for 200 per person and it's good for 3 days access.
The owner, Joan was very responsive and accomodating of our questions and their onsite assistant, Shane was very Helpful during our Check-in and Checkout.
We would definitely book this place again in the future. Highly Recommended!
Montecito Swimming pool is under renovation which is inconvenient because we have to walk and go to Sorasata or Pinecrest to swim but the pool was worth all the effort.
If you do plan to cook though, then the place may not be good for actual cooking because the kitchen only has Kettle, Microwave and Rice Cooker. It was okay for us because we didn't have time to do those so we ate out or ordered Grab food. There's Jerry's Grill and 7/11 in the area which was really convenient for a quick grocery run for water and other supplies during our Staycation.

Alles in der Nähe war ok
Das man auf dem Balkon nicht sitzen kann gab’s keine Stühle ,und die Tür ging ganz schlecht auf von Balkontür .toilette war gleich verstopft.
