Great location. Very near malls, parks, restaurants, cafes, bars and even a weekend market! Staff are very nice too!

The Location is very good, the rooms are spacious and the staff are super nice. Great view of the parks and there are lots to do in the area.

The parking. When we got there we were told it was first come first serve and they were full, but we can pay extra for a space- it was confusing. Anyway after waiting for a bit they were able to arrange a parking space for free.

The bed was as comfy. The pillows wasn't as comfy. But that is just my preferances.

Super friendly staff, excellent location. They kindly reserved a parking place for me in the rain.

Air conditioning units need to be serviced. The one in the living room area was blowing hot air, the one in the bedroom was not consistent, leading to rather an uncomfortable night.

It was a mixed bag

The staff was nice an accommodating.

General areas of the building: hallways, front desk, fitness areas, didn't have adequate HVAC equipment to maintain decent temperatures. In addition the grease trap in my unit smell horrible. I didn't think the lodging was adequate for the price I paid to stay there, I was expecting much more than I received. It should have cost around 35% less than what I paid. Oh yeah, the elevators were hot and nasty and were glitch prone.

Uncomfortable & Unrested

1.water pressure at shower was low plus seal of glass door has eroded away and bath water leaking into floor of basin area 2. the pillows were old and stuffy by overuse. It's about time to change for new pillows. 3.Unfortunate for us, the mattress is as old as we are. Time to get new mattress. 4.Please get rid of the old rage/carpet beside the mattress, it certainly has seen better days

Very good

Very central location, near Greenbelt mall, in one of the quietest area in Manila. The residence's staff is kind, was fast checkin and checkout. There is a nice restaurant right near (Noon's).

- had an issue at arrival with hot water, they fixed it after two calls; -in the night it was abit noisy in the room because of AC fan in the neighbouring apt- in Ph they mostly have the noisy AC fan, not the silenced European AC types.

Home away from home

Cleanliness, amenities in the rooms were more than adequate, staff was attentive & friendly. Location of hotel was right next to the parks, 2-3 blocks away from Greenbelt. Most everything was within walking distance.

friendly staff, good location, good cleaning services, comfortable bed, nice equipped kitchen, clean towels everyday

bathroom was very dated, not much room for toiletries, shower drained very slow, not much storage space for clothes

We love KL Tower!

Location was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a lot of amenities. We were comfortable for our 3 week stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Room size was excellent along with the facilities. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. A quality place to stay.

Access to the balcony required hotel staff intervention and a signed waiver.

The location, staff and the pool

The room is very old. The sofa is very dusty. The filters of AC in the bedroom were also all in fust. I even placed the carpet in the wardrobe so my child doesn't touch it. Only 1 European electricity plug in the whole room

Nice hotel but expensive for what you get. (new TVs are a MUST)

The staff was amazing, they helped me a lot for printing documents or storing my luggage for a whole day after I left. The pool even if not very deep (only 4 ft. WHY?) is nice so is the sauna (even if you have to wait for a long time for it to heat up) and the gym. The bed is ok and the room very clean.

Well this is a very good hotel but very expensive. It was obviously a very nice hotel a few years ago but now when you pay such a price you expect a little something in your room, something in the fridge or more towels for example. We had two (small) bottles of water waiting for us in our room which was nice but not enough to drink until not thirsty. The two TVs we had where very old with no Netflix and the definition of the screen wasn't so high, I would have gave up one tv for a good one (why two tvs anyway).

This is not the first time we stay. In fact, about 10 times and through the years we see this place slowly become worse.

Location, and that’s the only thing good about this place.

Expensive, and getting higher priced which is not justified because the place is old and getting run down. Maintenance is drastically needed. insect problem, smell problem, faulty toilet. Also cleanliness, our room reaked of cigarette smoke.
