The next time we return to the Philippines, we'll book with Eaton Mini suites again.

I liked the location. the staff were friendly and accomodating. Please check the plugs or powerpoints in the rooms, especially those used for connecting the laptops and the usb ports. they are loose from too much usage. Also, please check the room fridges as they are not cold when they are supposed to be. We had to ring engineering to replace these.

1. Space in the room was a bit too tight. Some rooms had desks you can work on. Most of the time, I had to request for extra tables where i could put my laptop and other things . 2. I don't know why the rooms had the cooktop exhaust fan when there were no stoves. my husband got hurt when he accidentally bumped into the exhaust fan which also had sharp corners being square shaped. Perhaps it would be better to remove those exhaust fans.

You get the value out of what you paid.

The pool is the higlight of our stay, with ample size to swim and relaxing area around. Location is also very good, very close to top Makati spots.

The room is quite small, just enough for a good sleep.

i do not recommend this hotel to my friends

we stayed in a room that was not noise proof that even a normal toned conversation of the people beside our room can be heard. The smell of the smoke from the other room penetrates our room as well. i find it hard to sleep like i was still awake until 3am because of that. the room is so small, no tables and chairs, no cabinets for your things and stuff. the bathroom sliding door is hard to close and open, if you stay in that room alone, you cannot get out of the bathroom yourself.

Good location central to everything.

You have to go outside the room to change your mind . I wouldn’t class them “Mini Suites” . The smallest room I have ever stayed in. Really tight squeeze . Was fine as we only stayed 2 nights as a stop off for our next location would consider staying else where if I was to visit again .

Exencive Hotel but no condition

I will tell you what I didn't like. No wardrobe and some table on the room. But was expensive allot

Need to ask what I didn't like. When I booked the room i was advertised probably I will pay 1000 pesos deposit. When I arrived there staff from desk they told me I need to pay depozit 2000 pesos. .this is scam.

other utensils are not available, althought the restaurant are near and mall, other place that can be enjoy, the staff very friendly, mahaba ang pila sa check in and sa check out, hot kitten available upon request.

I can hear them all from my room

I like the price. It's very cheap.

You can hear people's activities from the room next door. You know if they are partying, you'll also know if they are having rough $3X.

The shower is good and the bed is comfortable. The slippers were comfortable to wear too! The location is very convenient.

The walls are paper thin; I can hear the neighbours in their rooms. Room layout could be better

it was okay for the location since its near the office for a quick stay

theres an exhaust rangehood for stove cooking but theres no need for it. too small area for the bed, kind of hard to walk since the bed proximity against the wall is too cramped. then the tv wallmount is awkward misaligned from the bed area

Overall, the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are small but perfect for short stays in the city. The hotel is clean, has a gym and swimming pool. It all seems great, but they should reconsider their staff.

At my check-in I was informed firmly by the woman behind the check-in counter that smoking is prohibited. For me, a non-smoker it was no problem. She pointed out aggressively that if I was found smoking I have to pay a 15000 pesos fine, again not a problem as I don't smoke. I signed the paperwork, and considered the lady in a bad mood and didn't think much of it. The next day my brother checked in, this lady was so sweet with him and just briefly mentioned the non-smoking disclosure. Immediately I mentioned what a difference this was, compared to the lady who had checked me in. Again we just let it go. The next day, after we came home from exploring the city, I went to my room to have a shower. As I was having my hot shower, someone was knocking on my door. I mentioned that I had not ordered any room service, the lady replied that the fire alarm of the hotel was going off. In panick, with soap in my hair, just wrapped in a towel I ran to the door where the lady, yes the one who had checked me in, said the alarm came from my room, but there was no sound. She said she came to check it out, in shock I let her in the room, she came sniffing in my room where she noticed that the heat of my shower must have triggered the alarm - again without sounds? She than tried to get a guy into my room to check it out, at this point I was hiding behind my bedroom door, in just a towel, seeing my discomfort she apologised quickly and stormed off. I can't imagine I'm being the first person to take a hot shower in this room, as a woman on her own this was an incredible intimidating exprience and all the positive points about the hotel were lost. Again, no alarm sounds. This situation could have been dealt with so much better, and it was in total absolutely disappointing. I do not recommend a single woman to stay here.
