Absolutely perfect for a stop over (or longer stay) in Manila. About half an hour from the airport but so much more comfortable than the hotels close to the airport. Really well laid out and equipped with everything you could want. There’s a balcony if you need to dry things (I’d got off a Liveaboard after a number of days). There’s a mini-mart at the bottom of the block and other convenience stores and restaurants near by. It felt so homely and I felt back to myself a night here. The host was so helpful and quick to respond. If I was staying in Manila I would definitely stay here again.

Zimmer absolut schön und einfach alles vorhanden. Wirklich sogar Ohrenstäbchen, Zahnbürsten, Reiskocher. Noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Zimmer gehabt. Auch die Couch war bequem. Und toll, dass man das Bett von der Wohnung trennen konnte. Vermieter nicht direkt gesehen, aber gut erreichbar. Sehr sicheres Gefühl, da der Eingang bewacht ist, wie in einem guten Hotel mit Pflicht zur Registrierung. Kann ich sehr empfehlen, auch ein ATM direkt vor der Tür und ein 24 Stunden-Laden, in dem man seine Wäsche waschen lassen kann. Eine Waschmaschine ist natürlich auch im Zimmer.
Eigentlich nichts, es ist mal der Durchlauferhitzer ausgefallen. Das war aber ein moderner und neuwertiger. Die Technik kann immer mal ein Problem haben, wird nicht oft vorkommen. Ein wirklich schönes Appartement.

Abbiamo soggiornato li dal 19 al 23 dicembre e siamo tornati gli ultimi 2 giorni prima di partire per tornare in Italia. Mi e piaciuto tantissimo e il proprietario come già scritto nella prima recensione è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato

La struttura era provvista di tutto come se fossi a casa mia , dai prodotti per la cucina a quelli per il bagno e per le pulizie . Il proprietario e’ stato fantastico sempre disponibile e risponde subito ai messaggi su booking ho prenotato di nuovo dal 6 all 8 gennaio quando tornerò dal tour delle isole che stiamo visitando prima di tornare in Italia 🇮🇹. Consigliatissimo
