Room was amazing Little sad bc we were hoping for a higher floor. Also the refrigerator in the room didn’t work

Traveled for my daughters 22nd birthday. Nothing was complementary and the 6 chocolate covered strawberries I ordered were expensive and not at all good. Besides that everything else was great.

We arrived for a two-day trip for the NCCA Tournament. Bellhop did not help is with our bags which I found weird but ok.
Checked in, carried bags to the hotel and went to Bow and Arrow bar to check out the games. Upon arrival to the bar we met one of the bartenders Tom who is the rudest bartender alive. We had to deal with him both Thursday and Friday.
We had a server there on Friday night who was great.

All they care about is getting you in and out as cheaply as possible for them and as expensive as possible for you. What a disappointing rip off. Except for the chains the food was uniformly terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The hotel is very convenient for the tournament at Mohegan. I do find that your rooms are average and even dated. The shampoo in my shower was either almost empty or broken. The parking is very convenient and free. The room rates are high for what one gets and spends in a weekend at the Sun.

Reserved a room for 3 adults, 1 king bed, and one pull out couch. Paid alot of money as it was a Saturday night on a 3 day weekend with 2 sold out shows. The room did not have pillows and blanket for the pullout couch, or bath and wash towels for 3 people. We called to get more pillows and a blanket and were told they would be delivered to the room within 30 minutes. We waited 45 minutes and then had to leave because we had tickets to a show. We got back later that evening and no pillows or blanket were delivered, but there were 2 messages on the phone that they were. We called again for the pillows and blanket and were told they didn't have any. It was a horrible night. Then the next morning we checked out and then waited over an hour to get our car from the valet parking. When we complained about the pillows and blanket we were told we should have spent another $500 and upgraded the room. Really? The room was reserved for 3 people, but it wasn't serviced that way. It had nothing to do with an upgrade. Terrible. I doubt we will ever stay here again.

The hotel room was beautiful, the staff with whom we interacted was very friendly and professional. The room service breakfast was amazing! Cooked perfectly, had everything we might need. We enjoyed the pool as well! The choices of restaurants was fabulous.

The rooms are extremely clean and the bed is so comfortable! We couldn't shut off the headboard light as it's on a sensor and it clearly was not working. I called for service and they were there immediately! Very impressive for such a large hotel. Thank you!

Enjoyed my stay. Room was very comfortable. I do suggest you add to the bathroom a lighted switch because it is very difficult to find in the dark if you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

I love Mohegan Sun! My only complaint was at checkout waiting for my valet parked car. There is a screen that shows how long each patron has waited for their car. We won!! We waited 34 minutes, the longest of ANYONE in the queue. Some people were 5/10 minutes. What the heck was that all about??

When we got here we sat in line of cars for hotel valet for at least a half hour with no cars even moving at all… finally got valet - checked in and that was pleasant at front desk. Got to our room at first glance was fine - but come bedtime we had a pull out sofa but no bedding or pillows for it. We called front desk and they said they would come bring some, waited over an hour I called back they had no record of our call and said they would rush over some bedding- we waited at least another hour and didn’t get any fell asleep. The heater made the loudest noise when it kicked in kept us up all night. In the morning we showered and noticed a toothbrush on top of the shampoo bottles that were empty…there was only one regular coffee pod the rest were decaf. Then went to check out and was charged another “facility “ fee that was not told before. Not the best experience for our first stay here at all!

Property is very nice. Room very clean and spacious. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Love how easy valet parking is and system in place for getting cars back to guests. Will definitely plan to stay again when attending performances at Mohegan Sun arena.
Only thing preventing 5 stars were that there were not adequate trash and recycling baskets in the different areas of the suite and no blankets for fold out sofa. Got ready to put my son to bed and had to wait for a blanket -which was not even a blanket, just a thin cotton spread.

This place is pretty awesome! We went for a concert at the arena and had never been here before. Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino is great. Lots of things to do and places to eat/shop. The arena is great too. We really enjoyed it and the building is beautiful and hotel rooms are clean! The beds are very comfy too!
