Great location in Vineyard Haven. Friendly staff and large rooms. Perfect hotel for our visit.

Room was large and updated. Bed was comfortable with large pillows. No musty smell. Elevator a bit slow. Great spot in town to walk to ferry or shop.

Renovated with charm. 5 minute walk from ferry. Room and bathroom very clean, with a fireplace. Shopping, groceries, restaurants all within walking distance. No beach access without driving to a beach. Parking available behind the hotel.

Amazing staff, very helpful with recommendations and information. We were able to get into the room earlier. There was breakfast available in the morning which was a bonus and had use of the pool and jacuzzi. Convenient to walk to/from ferry with luggage, great views from roof.

Hotel is located in lovely Vineyard Haven, close to the boat, shopping, restaurants, and beach. Hotel staff were attentive and pleasant. The room is adequate and immaculate. It was drafty and the heat was limited to 72 so I was cold. Nice restaurant on premise. I would definitely stay here again.

The Front Desk Staff were so welcoming and helpful... even though my family of 5 only stayed one night, we were afforded all the amenities and hospitality like we were there for a week. What a wonderful hotel, Loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Mansion House. I appreciated that they made suggestions such as telling us we should go up on the roof to enjoy the views and the lemonade.

Nice room. Great location in the center of Vineyard Haven next to shops and restaurants. The attached Copper Wok restaurant is very good also.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of Vineyard Haven. Everything was wonderful, attentive staff, clean and inviting. Unfortunately, neither the hot tub jets nor the sauna were working.

The Mansion House Inn is close to the ferry and downtown Vineyard Haven so is very convenient. It is also noisy for those same reasons.

Great location. Clean room, comfortable bed. Room phone was not working, did inform receptionist but was not fix. Very hard & complicated to change to TV cable mode, so couldn't watch live TV channel (just watched shows in Netflix & some youtube program). But overall a great place to stay when visiting Marthas Vineyard.

I told the front desk and so did my wife they nothing. They told me move around the t stat will wake up in 20 minutes. How do you move around in in bed! So stupid.

I stayed a long weekend at this location. Was able to take advantage of yoga classes while there. Location was great as there are plenty of shops and places to eat up and down Main Street. My only suggestion is to make the morning breakfast selections more health oriented. Pastries and muffins are great but it was a lot of sugar.

Loved everything about this place. Beautiful spacious room, wonderful staff, just a 3 min walk from the ferry, right in the middle of town.

Vey updated and clean. Within walking distance to ferry and regional transport bus. Some plumbing issues while there--water warms up slowly. No newspapers on site. Gym is exceptional and one of few in area. Place co.pletely redone and it shows.

This hotel was entirely overpriced. It was almost 800.00 for one night! The room was old and hadn't been updated. The bathroom had a tiny little show stall with a plastic door. The room was very small. It was disgusting. There were no complementary water bottles in the room or turndown service. The management was totally inflexible. I will never stay here again. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have done a lot of traveling. This hotel is not worth the expense.

Manager was very accommodating with last minute stay for 2 of our Pilots. The Pilots gave rave reviews about this property and will now become our preferred hotel in Marthas Vineyard.

We were a family of 5 and we had an amazing experience. Staff was kind and attentive. We were able to check in an hour early. My kids loved that there was a pool on our 1 rainy day there. Easy access to the ship and buses. Room was bigger than expected. Would definitely stay again

This was a lovely place to stay. Right on the edge of town, walking distance to the ferry and bus stop. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and lemonade every evening.
And I was shocked, thinking that our room on the third floor looking at a view of the street would be busy and loud in the evening time, but it was extremely quiet. Hotel was extremely clean. Bedding was comfortable… It was great.

My friends and I had a very relaxing get away here at the Mansion. The ambience and friendliness makes it so inviting for a comeback. We will surely will.
