The room was uncomfortably warm. The A/C didn't work properly. The restaurant service was painfully slow. They messed up my order the first time and I had to send it back (and wait). After I finished eating, there were no servers to be found. I had wanted dessert, but after waiting for a server who could be bothered to serve, I decided to cut my losses and pay the check. There was no one around to pay, so I tracked down the manager, who seemed not to know how to operate the credit card machine. After he ran the card, he gave me a receipt and then thought there was a problem and wanted to charge me a second time. When I objected, he figured it out. I had had a long, tiring day and just wanted a quiet meal in the hotel restaurant, but the dining room was chaotic and noisy. It was a most unpleasant way to end the day.

Nice hotel close to Gran Via shopping, Plaza Espana and the castle. A very good view from the roof top bar. Clean and silent rooms, though a bit warm and not possible to adjust the AC by yourself.

The rooms and reception staff are excellent we enjoyed the room a lot and location was the best ever .we have only couple of issue. - information about touristic and visits are very weak and not right - housekeeping forget to do some things Siri g cleaning and even after calling reception no action. These two issues do not change our opinion about the hotel.it will definitely book in the same hotel on my next trip to Madrid

This has been by far the worse hotel room I’ve stayed at. I payed $1150 for 4 nights so this is supposed to be a high end hotel. It did not feel high end at all. The rooms stink the person at the front desk told me it’s the pipes (so they’re aware of the situation and they’re not doing anything about it). Our bathroom had mold, hair and hard water in the shower. Not only that but the towels were stained. I felt so disgusted staying there, nothing felt clean. I’m not tryna sound bougie but I also had to bring my own luggage up to my room, when I stay at high end hotels there’s usually someone who does that for you. It was also my birthday and when I was at the rooftop they said they don’t sing happy birthday to you and they don’t have candles. This is crazy. Never again worse hotel worse experience.

Air conditioning not yet turned on for the season but the thermostat still blew air. Room was very hot. If the staff at check in had told us, we would not have waited so long to open a window.

It is very convenient to access tourist attractions as it is located in the city center, and the rooms are also excellent. The room is quiet and clean. The staff are very friendly and provide detailed information on any inquiries. Also, the breakfast is delicious. I recommend it for family trips.

Property was on excellent location. Very large property. Room service was difficult. Elevators also difficult. The terrace was the best part of our stay. Their charge to the room service difficult also. Room was comfortable A bit small for a superior room. All superior rooms with terrace are different Don’t rely on getting an expanded terrace for this choice. Overall our stay was pleasant Kudos to Juan Carlos who really went out of his way to take care of us on the terrace. Be prepared to pay immediately for each drink / food service on terrace

This is a great hotel in the center of Madrid , love the location and it it has a terrace to die for !!! Will come back again , just a little issue with the staff at the lobby , they can be arrogant it it may be because of all the people that wants to go to the terrace .

Nice location. The metro station is exactly next to the hotel building. McDonald's and Burger King nearby. The Palace is in walkable distance. Room is spacious. Easy to manipulate two 28" luggages at the same time. Adequate amount of food for breakfast. Good service.

It’s best to stay in other hotel and paid the entry fee to go to the rooftop and enjoy it. The property lacks common space area for the person that are staying. You need to consume in order to be sit down in every area available. Rooftop, needs to consume, Sub PH Level needs to consume, half of the lobby area, which is very narrow by the way, is dedicated to a coffee bar which to sit down, you need to consumed. Other than breakfast, the hotel lacks of any other value for the staying customers and this isn’t good given the high end price of the hotel.
