Very comfortable stay with an amazing staff! We woke up to a flat tire and the reception staff helped us to put air in the tire so that we could get to a tire shop safely. So helpful and accommodating!

We were at the end of our road trip and this hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice. They have a lovely restaurant and bar and the staff were wonderful. It was a great find.

I cannot say enough about this place!! Infact I would just stay week as a retreat. Everyone and everything was wonderful Pet friendly is understated, from a dog trail to check in station. It was so inviting.

I had an amazing time at this Holiday Inn. I was greeted by Cory who was wonderful and efficient with his check-in process. The room was clean and had a gorgeous mountain view. It was also close enough to downtown where we weren’t in the middle of the craziness, but it was a very easy drive. Right off of the highway! My only complaint, and it is very minor- lack of snacks and water. We ended up finding water in the gym, which was also running extremely low but other than that very minor and easily fixable detail, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Front desk staff very rude and not helpful. Don’t understand why this was rated so high. Showers were cold in the evening, and again in the morning next day.

This was my second or third time staying here. Always clean, accessible and convenient location. Restaurant service was excellent. Beds and pillows are super comfortable, slept great. Very quiet. Will be back

This hotel is clean and in an easy location. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and what I expected. My biggest reason for not giving it all 5 is the noise level at night. It sounded like a party was happening in our hall and dogs were barking their heads off. It made getting to sleep challenging for my daughter and I. We also waited for a long time to be seated at the restaurant (we were just going to order dessert) and no one ever came to greet us. The one person working was totally overwhelmed so I know it wasn't because she wasn't working hard. They just needed more help. Breakfast buffet was great and service was good, too. Overall, I am a mixed bag on this trip as we have been here before and had a great experience several years ago. Maybe we just had "bad neighbors" but it really impacted our sleep!

Love that it’s dog friendly. Great trail for dog walking. Employees all pleasant and accommodating. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. I’ll go back.

The room has great furnishings that provide ample flat surfaces for digging into bags and resting them in easy reach. Loved the liquid hand wash pump in the bathroom rather than a tiny bar of soap. Thoughtful, convenient plugs, hooks and towels for 3 people. Love this place at a great price, too!

Facility was very nice for our 4 night stay. The staff was poor. We had no water for half a day, no apology from staff, no discount for that day. One day we were out all day and came back to find the room was not serviced. Again no apology, no offer to service the room, and the staff was rude.

This was the fourth stay for my wife and me at this hotel, and we'll come back again. I've always found Holiday Inn to be a good brand, with whether it's slightly more than that or less than that based on the specific place you stay at. This hotel is excellent. Clean, good service, great breakfast, close to downtown (10-15 minute drive). Unfortunately, it can be hard to get an Uber... they don't come through there often, apparently, and they can be expensive when/if they do. So, we just resorted to driving. The only complaint was that the pillows were not the most comfortable, but, luckily, the mattress was good.

My check-in was not good. I tried to check in at 3:38 but room not ready. 2 people checked in just before me. Yes I understand cleaning schedules etc. My reservation was made weeks before. Due to the fact that I (the customer) wasn't happy and expressed that by apparently "rolling my eyes" was told well I will just cancel your reservation then! What? Followed by 3 more threats of cancelation... Naturally this made me extremely angry and shared that with the desk clerk. I was basically told if I said one more thing my reservation was history! I said but I am your customer and have paid in full in advance you can't...he said I can do whatever I want!! Yelling at me in front of everyone in the lobby. Embarrassed and angry YES I was! I have traveled for business and pleasure worldwide for 50 yrs and have until now never reported bad behavior, but this was beyond anything I've witnessed much less had it directed at me. The remainder of my stay was very good. And everyone was so nice. I have tried to let it go because I know things are tough these days in the service industry, but this was just one of the worst travel experiences ever and Ive been on a plane with a bomb.....It bothers me that I was given zero consideration or hospitality from what should be a place of welcome Thank you... *Let me add...I stayed the prior night at a Hampton Inn/Columbia SC and am still smiling about my experience with Andre at the front desk check-in!

Very nice clean and comfortable. I was not impressed with cost of breakfast. I was expecting to have a made to order and it was a breakfast bar, while good definitely not worth the cost. I would stay here again.
