Our stay was okay. I specifically selected NOT to have an accessible room, yet wound up in one anyway. The bathroom was unnecessarily large, making the rest of the room feel cramped and tiny. The pillows were weak and uncomfortable, not to mention there was evidence of dried rust or blood stains on pillow cases and towels. Also, within the first hour of getting settled in the room for a nap, the front desk rang to ask for my last name…which they should have just gotten from my ID which they photocopied, and/or the card I confirmed for incidentals. The shower felt dingy, especially with an anti-slip mat just hanging on one of the grab bars. The shower head was small, with no adjustments do widen or strengthen the spray pattern to compensate for the below-average water pressure. Overall it was a place to lay your head, but not as welcoming for a couples weekend getaway as the initial rating, or price, would have suggested.

really nice facility in a good location. nice breakfast. the room I originally had the tv screen was fuzzy so I asked to be moved and actually got an upgrade! :)

Older property. Very clean- give cleaning service and front desk a raise in pay! Friendly staff. Definitely will return to stay for our next trip to Asheville. My only suggestion would be to remove old carpet and replace with bamboo wood flooring or tile.

Property and staff were excellent. Location was accessible parking good hotel conditions generally modern and updated. Only letdown was no eggs at breakfast and quality generally of breakfast service.

We got a large room as desired. Bed was comfortable. AC got the room Nice and cold. Refrigerator froze all our food, maybe settings was off. Staff was nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was ideal for our travel, quick on and off highway access. Elevator for three floors was extremely slow, fortunately, stairs access was convenient. Parking was also convenient though got completely full by at night.

Like the complementary breakfast and the condition of the room only problem was I had to get a third-floor room and since I had motorcycle luggage it was quite a chore to take everything up to the room and then back down

Overall a very good experience. When the air conditioning kicked in it made a weird noise that was a bit annoying but not a big deal.

It was easy to get to but room was on the front next to the stop light and the traffic noise was pretty high. The room smelled musty and the commode wouldn’t quit running unless you wiggled the handle. We wouldn’t stay there again.

I have no complants,other than the room was a little small. I loved the comfort of the king size bed. The breakfast was ok,the service was fantastic! You have a great staff,be proud of them,they are the best.
