We enjoyed the location of the hotel. I would have given them a 5 rating except for two areas - 1. The Parking was crazy. You are much better off parking across the street at the Marina Parking garage than trying to drive through the pedestrian area at 10kmh or less. 2. Rooms ending 14-18 face an alleyway full of restaurants which are open until 1230am with live music. The windows aren't thick enough to block the sound so pack some earplugs if you need to get to bed early. Then at 730am city workers come through and collect bottles or empty sewers (the smell was pretty bad). Other than that everything under the hotel's control was excellent. The service was great including the bar and restaurant. The rooms were big and the shower was great.

Lovely rooms, great location, staff helpful enough. The hotel was let down slightly by the breakfast quality and service (no fruit salad for cereal/yoghurt, hot food wasn’t kept warm as the hot plates weren’t working, individual orders weren’t well executed). The roof bar and pool were deceptively small and get very busy but the views are worthwhile.

This was our first stay at this hotel as we usually stay at AC Palacio opposite. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. Can't think of anything negative to say. Friendly helpful staff, lovely clean room with view of sea & cathedral, rooftop terrace...... couldn't ask for more. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this elegant hotel just in the center of Malaga. The staff is very friendly and are more than happy to help. Nice pool bar in the top floor. It is a busy and vibrant neighborhood so if your priority is quit and calm chose something else. Would definetively go again. A good choice in Malaga.

Wonderful hotel, ideal location for a city break in Malaga. Staff very helpful, especially Reception staff. Breakfast was amazing, bedroom lovely. The road outside was quite noisy during the night but worth it for the location and didn't spoil the trip - would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city! Very close to all the light shows. The Cathedral light show is right outside the front door! The room and bathroom are spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was nice overall. The staff was very friendly. The hotel had underground parking.

Very good location for visiting Malaga old town, harbour and sea front. We went to see the Christmas lights (recommended) and there was a wonderful atmosphere. There was lots of noise and bustle in the streets, however this did not have an impact on our hotel stay. The excellent staff were helpful and attentive. There could be more information on the hotel restaurant, but we went to the rooftop terrace for drinks and the views overlooking the cathedral are spectacular.

Our stay at this hotel was great! For various reasons most importantly the STAFF. They are without a doubt courteous, speak several languages, have great attention to detail& ver informative. The rooms are on the smaller side, modern design and very functional. Stay here. 👏👏👍

Great location but difficult to get to by car without parking near and asking hotel staff as the route involves driving through “pedestrianized “ areas. Once there stay was great.

The first room was a bit noise because it was located right above the restaurant. The front desk was very kind to gave us option to switch to a much nicer room. The hotel was very clean and many amenities. The area is perfect for tourists. Near everything. I highly recommend it.

The property is beautiful, well maintained in the middle of everything Malaga has to offer. The only things are a minus are: the missing of a gym(which you aspect a 4* hotel to have) and the size of the pool which is way to small. Other than that, the hotel is fabulous and staff great!

Fabulous experience in the centre of Malaga. We will definitely return if in Malaga. On arrival we were mat by Javier and he was exceptional at check-in and again at check out the following morning. I was greeted by name in the morning. This was a fabulous end to our holiday.
