The staff was excellent, breakfast was good, great location, my only problem was the tv didn’t work 2 of the 3 nights I was there. The staff tried to repair it, but to no avail. The overall experience was nice.

Loved our stay at Casa Valeria! Excellent location, a very short walk from the Metro Bus stop and a few minutes walk to Playa Alicia. Also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and markets. The room was very clean, housekeeping came daily to make the bed, wash the floors, take out the trash, and new toiletries. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Staff was very kind and helpful. WiFi was speedy. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

My stay at Casa Valeria was superb. The property was immaculate at all times. The staff were truly amazing - the entire staff. This includes front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant. The quality of the food in the on-site restaurant was consistently excellent. I would definitely stay again at Casa Valeria.

Wonderful stay, the staff go above and beyond. Walking distance to beach, and you are right in the center of town. The hotel is safe and quiet. Will definitely come back again.

The cats were in the dining room too often; There is a time and place for animals not while I'm eating... Staff was very friendly but they all celebrated New Year's at the property with their families and lead to service of the guest being very slow and they helped themselves to the things that you were paying for... (Drinks and food was made faster as they went back to talk to the cook and bartender)

Staff great, food very average stick with the chicken dinner choices if ordering. The free breakfast is awesome way to get some grub first thing. The ONLY issue is the water for shower is not hot hot if thats your thing and the MOSQUITOS RULE I MEAN LIKE THEY ARE VERY PRESENT so keep that spray with you ESPECIALLY IN YOUR ROOM

Stayed here many times. Relatively small, boutique hotel in Sosúa. It’s always my first choice when in town. This time, I checked in during their Christmas party. Decorated beautifully, women all in evening wear. Absolutely gorgeous.

Frank and Ms. Jenny were super nice and accommodating. Property is a cool chill spot, in the middle of EVERYTHING!! Tropical Storm kinda shut things down for a bit, but trip to this hotel was totally worth it!! Awesome stay!!

Great security, amenities, staff courtesy, plenty of updates in the facility. However, this is downtown Sosua with a lot of noise and although hardly heard from the rooms depending on the location of your room. Overall, the hotel is my top htel in Sosua and I strongly recommend it to US travelers who can at time be very demanding.
