I really enjoyed my stay, I only have reservations for the breakfast host. Kind of rude. I asked for extra yogurt for my daughter and the attendant snapped at me.

This hotel is exceptionally clean inside and out. The breakfast omelet bar and chef is an excellent additional and it’s at no additional cost. The outside courtyard, equipped with a fireplace is also a nice addition, allowing you to eat breakfast outside in a Tuscany type of environment.

Fantastic front desk service, parking, access to rooms, etc. But there was a horrible stench in the hall that permeated the room door. It smelled like a river full of fish dried up, they died and were left to rot. The room, however was fantastic. There are many places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Staff, Room and parking were all good. We had stayed there before and the breakfast was great, This time however we were extremely disappointed everything was cold, (sausage, eggs, potatoes) the first day we arrived within 15 minutes of the start of breakfast and they were out of the salsa. The 2nd and third days the had none. They told us Monday morning they would have to get supplies and the may have it on Thursday. The person behind the counter was not friendly and we got a burnt omelette with cold sides

Room key deactivated 5 times during a 2 day stay. Good but expensive washer/dryer $4 each. Food the same as Residence inn, but the SAME thing served every day. Only bland tacos in the evening.

I’ve been to quite a few hotels in this area and this by far has been my favorite. Staff is definitely hospitable. The rooms were clean and spacious. They also serve a continental breakfast that was far from basic..it included a waffle making station, and omelette made to order (fluffy and delicious)!!

Customer service is almost non existent in today's society. People want a job but don't want to work. They want to get paid top dollar for it too! Whatever happened to the saying, "The customer is always right"? Almost 10 years has passed since I first visited the Ayres. The quality has since left the building. I had a service dog. After satisfying the inquiries about the service my dog provides, she was checked in. My dog Phelonie is trained & very well behaved. Barks only when provoked. By the way, this property requires a refundable $125 security deposit. Friendly when you check in. When I asked to checkout @ 11:30am, the front desk called my room & sent a maid to knock on my door every 10-15 mins until I left. They harassed me up until 12:00 p.m. as if we were the only guests that were still there and didn't have to go to work. After I left, they kept my $125 deposit, and charged my card an additional $175 for "damages incurred". They told that my dog damaged the room. They took pics. My wife dyed her hair & the dye was smeared on the towels and a little pillow cases and sheets. They said the charge was supposed to be $500 but they only took what I had in my balance. They told me I couldn't get my money back. Here's an update, I got my money back like I said I would. 💯

Had a great experience staying at Ayres. Staff was friendly, the room was so nice, and parking was free, and room rates were pretty transparent. Ended up arriving earlier than Check in time, and they were able to get us a room. Another great thing is all the shopping and dining options within walking distance. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Hello , for years my family and I have been staying in this hotel for Christmas weekend . Always have excellent customer service and enjoy our stay . This year we checked in a bit late , when we opened the sofa bed and lifted the blanket we noticed there was hairs on the sheets , pretty noticeable since the sheets are white. Immediately I called front desk and requested for clean sheets and blanket since it was too late to have house keeper to come in . The next morning my husband requested to have our room clean and mentioned if we can please get clean sheets and blankets on the sofa bed since there was hairs on it from the previous stay .Later that night my husband lifted the blanket to check before laying our little ones and noticed that clean sheets were just placed on top of the dirty ones , my hahaha was very upset and just removed the sheets and blanket . When removing the sheets we found a dirty shirt , very disturbing . I am shocked since I mentioned we have been staying for years and have never experienced this before .

New looking, clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, friendly staff and easy check-in, convenient parking, very nice full breakfast, clean, new looking, attractive rooms. Hotel accommodated our requests. We will stay here again for sure on our next trip to Riverside. Just really happy with our stay.

That TV control is a farce !!! There may be MENSA members who could figure it out, but the maintenance guy and I could not. No channel guide was provided in the room (maintenance guy brought one) and the on-screen guide was in 3 illogical places: Channel 10= part of the guide 17= another part 30= another part Closed Captions had a black dialogue box that covered the screen on one channel that I wanted to see, neither he nor I could get it right

They said they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed them the reservation on my phone, but they had to make some calls and verify anyway. Not sure what the problem with their system is, but punishing the customer for your poor management is usually not a good idea

The pros: I like it that the staffs and maids are friendly, the room is clean. The free buffet style breakfast was good. The cons: The bathtub ground feels wobbly and worn out (needs to be replaced). The neighbors above us stomped so hard that they woke us up at 6am. The pool looks dirty and no one was in it.
