If I was by myself (and didn't drag my husband along on this business trip), I would have been scared. First of all, if you aren't willing to valet your car, you're forced to park in the casino parking lot and walk all the way around.... or use the casino entrance and have to give your ID every time. Since you can't really use the casino entrance with luggage, we had to pull around to the front of the hotel entrance to load and unload anytime we wanted to bring items up to the room (since the casino parking lot is far from the hotel entrance and there is no way to cut through). The area, in general, didn't feel very safe. Also, the hotel room door did not have a door guard to latch from the inside. So, any employee could have entered our room at any time. Again, if I was by myself, I would have been scared. We pushed the ottoman up to the door while we slept so that we could hear someone if they came in. Also, the casino is a cards-only casino and, obviously if they are having to run your ID through a machine each time you come and go (and also send you through a metal detector), it's pretty sketch. Other than the lack of safety and parking, the room was nice and clean... and the bed was not overly uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice, too. And, we were able to order food via an app and pick it up downstairs at one of the restaurants. So, that was convenient.. and the pizza we had was good.

Noella at the front desk made the experience absolutely phenomenal. I was unaware of the room upgrade and my benefits for being an expedia gold member so getting a rundown made my stay! The room was spacious and clean. I also enjoyed the reliability of the AC and the valet that was mindful of time.

As far as the room, it was great, you could tell it was a rushed job, upon arrival after check in time, the room wasn’t ready which was fine I waited and got a better room thanks to the front desk. However I wouldn’t recommend using their valet. Their security was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They went through our trunk/car for no reason. Self park to save yourself the trouble of being violated.

Great stay. Staff were pleasant, polite, and helpful. Security guards were helpful and great. Rooms were lovely, comfortable, clean. The restaurants were great! Awesome service and food selection! Easy to get an Uber anytime and anywhere we needed to go within LA and Anaheim. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Beautiful gym, awesome bar , safe parking, also free valet, and the hotel is at a convenient location near stores. The staff were extremely friendly. Shout out to Noella and Rogelio, made us feel at home with the extra care.

Definitely didn't enjoy my stay. All security did was racially profile my family. My family and I were in town for the Besame Mucho concert. We are a mixed family of Nigerian and Mexican members. The neighborhood is mostly of Hispanic members/businesses, but this casino/hotel is geared towards people of Asian descent. Due to those circumstances we were always a target and never made to feel welcome even though we’re people first and guests second. My uncle was stopped multiple times and they even took away his property, never getting is back so they steal from guests. My mom dropped off my sister, meaning the party wasn’t complete, and they unregistered her car at valet. They said they would get back to me and never did. The amenities didn’t make sense. We wasted so much money because they had a fridge, but no microwave. The latest checkout they had was 1230PM when I come from a city where you can pay for a later check out, up to 6PM. The food in the restaurant was overpriced and terrible. Service was friendly along with front desk.

New, clean hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Check in and out were easy. Valet parking was bonus. Highly recommended

Room was great, bed very comfortable, staff was friendly. I didn’t like almost being forced to use Valet when we arrived. After going out the first time, I decided to park in the regular lot. Maybe they do valet so you don’t have to come in the back door thru a security check with a bunch of desperate gamblers. Plastic sheeting covering areas with remodel work apparently going on. The location worked out well but, it takes 40-50 minutes to get anywhere in LA.

The hotel staff are very very nice and professional! Great customer service and attention to details, took care of our entire stay of 7 nights. Only thing was in room 420 where we spent 6 nights the shower room floor did not have a slope to naturally lead the water to the drain, so every time after shower there will be puddle of soapy water on the shower floor and it would stay there for a whole day. A couple of times I almost tripped and fell because of the slippery tile filled with puddle of water.

It was great since we got there during check in and checked out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean,beds were comfortable. I will recommend people to say here.

Helped accommodate everything we needed! Charged electric car whenever we asked! Valets and front reception very nice!

Hotel room was nice, clean, comfy. Overall area not super desirable, did not really feel comfortable self parking my car in the casino lot, wish there was better closer parking where i do not have to go through the casino everytime.
