Ein Paradies

Schönes neues Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Das Personal ist professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Junior Suite war schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten. Absolut Top WIFI. Der Garten ist sehr schön und wird jeden Tag gepflegt. Schöner Pool mit Umkleidekabinen und Duschen. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein eingezäunter Strand mit Palmen. Frühstück und italienisches Essen von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Viele Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Fischmarkt, Casino, Spa und öffentlicher Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch den kostenlosen Transfer zum Hafen, wo man mit dem Katamaran in 3 Stunden in Conarky ist. Tipp Benutzen Sie für Ausflüge die hoteleigenen Taxis und Sie vermeiden unnötige Diskussionen mit den Fahrern.

Oasis in Freetown

O tamanho da suite executiva é excelente, grande e com tudo para o conforto incluindo Netflix. Lugar com muita segurança. Restaurante ótimo e limpo. Porém o que maia nos agradou foram os funcionários, todos muito educados e solicitos. Parabéns! Isso fez total diferença durante nossa hospedagem. A academia completa também é um diferencial.

أود أن أشكر فندق ليد في فريتاون على تجربة رائعة قضيتها هناك. كانت إقامتي ممتعة للغاية وخدمة الفندق كانت ممتازة. من اللحظة التي وصلت فيها إلى الفندق، تم استقبالي بطريقة حارة وودية من قبل الموظفين. كانوا متعاونين جداً ومهتمين بجميع احتياجاتي كانت الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة للغاية. استمتعت بإمكانية الوصول إلى الصالة الرياضية المجهزة تجهيزًا جيدًا والاسترخاء في حمام السباحة الجميل. أود أن أشير إلى الموظفين الرائعين الذين ساعدوني خلال إقامتي. كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين للغاية وكانوا دائماً على استعداد لتقديم المساعدة. تجربتي العامة في التفاعل مع الموظفين كانت رائعة وأحسست حقًا بالراحة والترحيب. لا يمكنني الحديث عن إقامتي دون إشارة إلى موقع الفندق الممتاز. فهو يوفر إمكانية الوصول السهل الى اي مكان في المدينة بشكل عام، أنا ببساطة سعيد جدًا بإقامتي في فندق ليد في فريتاون. سأوصي به لأي شخص يزور المدينة وأتطلع إلى العودة مرة أخرى في المستقبل القريب. شكرًا جزيلاً لفندق ليد في فريتاون على التجربة الرائعة والخدمة الممتازة

Amazing stay for the third time!!!

We enjoyed our wonderful stay. The staff was extremely attentive to details and well-trained. Manager Roland was consistently available to address our inquiries, making us feel at home. The food was delicious and of high quality. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beautiful, serene landscape throughout the compound ensured our comfort. The morning birdsong on our terrace was a lovely experience. Without a doubt, we recommend the Lead Hotel, a true 5-star experience

Truly wonderful

The staff is exceptional, they do every thing to help you without any expectation. they are well-trained. I kindly ask the management of the Lead hotel to continue to invest and support their staff. This is very important.

Nothing only maybe it would be good to make a staircase/access form the appartments to the sea via the gate and clean up the beach. I believe the access to the beach is planned for the future.

Elegant hotel in a great location with a classy restaurant, and clean and comfortable rooms.

A very attractive property with well-designed, clean and comfortable rooms. Though the hotel's bar is yet to open (the property is still partly under construction) the restaurant is elegant, with friendly, attentive staff, an impressive view across the water and and a very good menu. The pool area is spacious and well-designed, and fits in well with the overall fresh and appealing nature of the property.

Front desk staff - both when I checked in and checked out - gave the impression of being somewhat unwelcoming, even surly. This aspect of customer relations could be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay, good food, nice and clean room!! all staff are really nice, Ibrahim at the reception was very helpful!!!he helped me to rent car with a very good price and a decent driver “Omaru” I will definitely come back

More improvements needed for it to fit its distribution

Supervisor Nasim is an extraordinarily nice man, and anyone having his services is extremely lucky. Everything went brilliantly, the surprise worked perfectly and Nasim was fabulous. Not only a great supervisor but he catered to all our requests throughout the evening answering all our questions. He looked after us really well and the food was terrific. Thanks for setting it all up and you can be assured that if I try this again you will be top of my list. Kudos Nasim👌🏽

The breakfast could have been much better thinking of the price and standard of the place. A better example, The place resort Tokeh.

ZH GS NY MS ZNMG HYSS Hotel has potential to be the best hotel in Freetown but they opened prematurely when they are

spacious and newly constructed rooms

No restaurant , breakfast and meals are either served in your room or on an open balcony/terrace with little or no cover from the brutal sunlight… Also, they had a wedding going on and didn’t inform us as we would have definitely changed hotels: apart from inaccessibility due to the traffic chaos this caused; there was very load music up to the early hours of the morning and us hotel guests were literally forgotten about and with no access to their “makeshift” terrace restaurant had to wait for over an hour for the bottled water we ordered so we could make some noodles for dinner!
