The bed and sheets were cleaned and the bathroom works. Good people, tried hard to help.
The hotel kept on sending airport ferry tickets and taxis to different locations or didn’t put our names on the order. It took us 6 hours to come from airport to the hotel.

They kept facilites clean.
The shower sometimes barely had water. Once there simply wasn't any water.
