Kann man machen - muss man aber nicht

Ok für eine Übernachtung. Betten sind bequem und Zimmer war alles in allem ruhig

Insg. Doch etwas verlebt und schmutzig. Duschvorhang hat gefehlt, verwunderlich dass das dem Personal nicht selbst aufgefallen ist. Über die Lüftung wird der Gestank der Kiffer über das Stockwerk verteilt. Personal war freundlich aber nicht wirklich interessiert

We finished a NY holiday with 2 nights here for some outlet shopping and

Very very bad experiance

Location Near of jersey gardens outlet mall, restursnts and bus to newyork bus authority

The services was horrible espcially the shuttel bus service the shuttel drops me from hotel to arrival terminal without any perior notice with this new strange policy the driver refuse to take me back to hotel as i'm using wheel chair needs assistance the airlines provided at departing terminal. It was horrible experince going alone with my baggage to departure terminal without any assistance .

Nice stay. Good food and drinks.

Nice and clean. Staff was great.

The air conditioning was loud. The toilet constantly ran unless you put the handle back into place

Comfortable stay

Everything the overall stay was amazing my children enjoyed it as well and I slept great I wish I had time to use the gym but I had so much going on once I did check in but I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

I can honestly say there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about it

Great value at very well kept and updated hotel

The location is good at a reasonable rate and extremely well kept hotel.

The parking is expensive and breakfast was missing staple of scrambled eggs.

Staff and location are good. The hotel is doing a renovation, which is definitely needed..

The location is great. The staff are pleasant.

The phones diid not work in the room, and the beds are uncomfortable.

10 min from airport with shuttle. Rooms and beds are okay.

No real restaurant, just some snacks available at the bar.

OK and as expected for one night before flying home from Newark airport.

Nice room. We only stayed one night before flying home from Newark airport. Free shuttle to the airport every 1/2 hour. Great shopping mall close by to kill some time before going to airport. Breakfast was OK, nothing very fancy.

Nothing to see/do in the neightborhood except the shopping mall. Breakfast was OK, but the juice was bad.

stay went well, would not return until issue with bathtub safety corrected

breakfast , clear label on the shampoo , conditioner , extra towels in the bathroom , accommodated early check in , quick check out , shuttle to airport left on time

taking a shower was dangerous as the bathtub surface was VERY slippery- its a true hazard , I requested a room with one queen , received a room with 2 queens. no couch . hallways smelled ,

Inconvenient and the unprofessional

Ultimately everything was handled okay, however the staff initially was not at all interested in correcting the error that was made. The hotel changed names after I booked and they did not have my reservation. They sort of blew me off like I should have been the one to get into their computers and fix the reservation process. For about a half hour no solution was offered. It was pretty off putting with very poor communication and aloofness by the front desk staff .

It was conveniently located for our needs

Breakfast was good. Front lobby is very nice. Staff was constant cleaning that area.

No heat because it wasn’t wired and connected. Room was new and not finished. Microwave didn’t work. It was all labeled in French language!

My short stay was amazing, I will be back for certain.

Javon, Javon, Javon!!! What a wonderful young man. He provided such a warm and welcoming reception upon arrival I immediately felt at ease. I arrived after 10:00pm and I was tired. He gave me the menus for several restaurants that deliver in the area at that time of night as well as offered to get me a sandwich from the bar area. Thank you Javon for your exemplary customer service I had almost lost faith that such existed. Kudos to Hampton Inn Elizabeth for hiring this young man, he is an asset for sure.

That I didn't have another night to really enjoy the room.
