Comfortable and clean stay

Breakfast was great. Good selection and pretty tasty. Beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly.

Pool was a bit chilly. Only went in once because it was too cold. Our room was noisy. Had neighbours who were disruptive all 4 nights of our stay. Not good sound proofing. We could hear full conversations and more of the room behind our beds.

When we checked into our room it smelled a strong odor of pot

Good variety and looked good taste good smells good Very clean area looks of well kept up with

Toasters outside in outside seating area Need a few more toasters I didn’t like the fact that it looked like the daily cleaning staff were eaten with the hotel guest area it’s ok that they eat breakfast but they he guest should using this area

Enjoyed the overall ambiance, fitness center and my room was great !

Breakfast selection could be improved. The lady who kept refilling items and checking if we needed anything was super ! She set the mood for a good breakfast

Nice place with friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet.

the staff was very nice and gave us a room on the ground floor so that my mom did not have to walk that far to come and go and get breakfast. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the folks working kept it well stocked and kept the area very clean. The room was very clean and comfy.

For some reason, we had an issue getting wash cloths. That was our only negative experience. Might just have been bad timing, but it was weird.

Exceptional service, clean rooms,nice common areas, great selection fo breakfast,beautiful pool

The staff was wonderful, particularly Charmelle. When I explained to her that I had requested a cot in the king sized room we had booked, because there were no rooms available w 2 queen sized bed available on line, she found us a room with 2 queens. She was the epitome of professionalism. Also we left on a Sunday morning and a really nice breakfast was up and waiting for us earlier than advertised which was a very pleasant surprise . The breakfast staff were so cheerful, helpful and friendly.The rooms there, and common areas were very clean and comfortable.

I didn't like that we forgot our bathing suits!!!!!!! The pool looked wonderful but we didn't get to try it out .

Ok but to expensive for what you are offered.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

I would have liked to serve myself breakfast, pick out my own food. Hotel is overpriced for location. I booked a 2 night stay in Somerset for Easter weekend and am saving $60 a night, for being the same distance from my visiting place. There are more restaurants and stores in walking distance and they have an indoor pool and gym.
