Front desk gal makes up for obvious lack of management's skills or concern.

The front desk clerk! She was oh so polite and accommodating, I really appreciated her upbeat, positive, can do attitude. She basically had to get everything we needed, like bedding for the pull out, towels, coffee, cups, sugar & cream that should have been done by housekeeping. The jets in the tub are powerful!

The dirty coffee pot and counter, bathtub ring and spills left in the bathroom, the filthy halls, stairwells and parking lot. After cleaning the room, receiving the needed supplies, and having such an awesome front desk gal, and shutting the door, all was great and we slept well.

It was alright. The hotel was conveniently located for what we were doing

The location was very convenient.

The room smelled like dog. The staff did bring us some febreze. There was very little toiletries, just bars of soap.

It was high season, so the high price was inevitable, but the room was clean and location ok.

Housekeeping staff, especially head of housekeeping, were excellent and very hard-working. My room was spotless.

The utterly spartan rooms. No decor, not even one comfortable chair, awkward television placement relative to any viewing area, no other amenities. On the other hand, you had a place to put luggage and/or contents, unlike the last Motel 6 in Eugene which had even less in the way of conveniences.

Probably the worst motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at other than a bug bed issue in Williams

The location good.

The floor should have been cleaned better. The front door wasn’t properly sealed. The room wasn’t ready at 3:00. Heard the cleaning staff arguing with one another.

You get what you pay for apparently

Location was great and room was clean

There are tons of smokers on-premise everyday. They smoke in the hallways outside the room and leave there cigarette butts everywhere. There was a dirty trashcan right outside my room with smoke stains all over it. They need to hire someone to pressure wash all of the walkways to rooms and stairs

We have stayed at motel 6 in Coos Bay numerous times but this last stay was terrible!

Not much!

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the motel itself is very noisy we had to call the front desk to complain about noise coming from the room next to us at midnight, the toilet leaked and maintenance said was condensation which it still leaked on floor, at times when turned on bathtub black water would come out and water did not drain when showering.

Towels without hair on them also to have shower curtain in room they rent not having to change rooms after someone already has taken suitcase

It was ok.

The staff are always wonderful and it’s in a convenient location.

My room was ok except the microwave was a little dirty and the bath mat/towel looked like it wasn’t changed out. There was also hair in the shower drain. I do understand the fact that you are short handed, but just be aware, for the next guest. Thank You.
