The hotel was just right for the 3 days that my wife and I were in Riverhead.

The breakfast was excellent.

Staff was engaging and helpful. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were quiet even when hallways were noises.

Did the job. 1/2 hour to a ocean beach or dozens of North Fork wineries.

Rooms seemed to be clean, updated and was comfortable. Large sitting area. Seals!

Loud building overall and also had loud guests in hallway both nights. Food was okay for 'free' but we did get breakfast offsite second day.

Very enjoyable, make sure you watch our for $50 a night incidental fee as we where unaware of it and charged an addition

Enjoyed stay 4 sons 13th bday. Friendly & helpful staff. Beds very comfortable & breakfast great

Celebrated son's 13th with his friends. Yummy and bountiful breakfast options included with the stay. Definitely a perk. Staff was super helpful and kind. Felt like an intimate inn with hotel accommodations. I'd stay again.

Mold in the bathroom and no bellhop.

THE STAY WAS VERY RELAXING. BUT THE WEATHER DIDNT COOPERATE SO IT WAS HARD TO PLAN THINGS TO DO.

IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND THE MARINA.

it would have been better if there was a restaurant for a quick lunch.

Would do it again. Very clean pool. Charming. Beautiful views.

Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Bed linens and room spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Huge room, comfortable, safe. Would do it again in a minute and hope to come back. Accommodated my pet. Overall a great hotel.

The town got a little scary with roving homeless people - even during the day. Hotel itself was clean, pleasant, and safe.

I love this place

What I love most about the hotel that it was close to to the shopping mall

It was nothing I didn't like about the hotel stay the staff was friendly very clean and the breakfast was great the rooms were big in the bed was comfortable and I love that they have an indoor pool.

amazing value for the price, clean, and comfortable

breakfast was great love that it was included. location was perfect, we stayed for the aquarium, love that there were no carpets in the room

tv remote was broken or batteries were dying so hard to use the tv. no housekeeping came during our stay. we ran out of towels and toilet paper immediately

Exceptional

Hotel staff and lobby bar. Was nice to be able to come back from dinner and have a cocktail before bed. The front desk staff Dylan was so sweet and we enjoyed the conversation !

The indoor pool was not that warm. Pool room kind of chilly too.

Too noisy

The room was very clean and the design was awesome. The view from the room of the docks is why I booked the room and it did not disappoint.

The room was perfect when we got there but at night it was difficult to sleep. If someone is talking in the hall we could here them as if they were in the room making sleeping hard. Also, in the morning we noticed we could here our neighbors through our shared wall just as easily. In terms of noise cancelation, this hotel room is not ideal which is a shame considering I payed for one of the more expensive rooms they had.

It was very clean. Large room, comfortable beds...even their breakfast was gd. There were also gd restrictions in the area.. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at ever.

I like that they let me check in early the day I arrived. I like that they let me stay later the day I was checking out. I loved that my car was 10 steps from the front door, all three days.

I didn’t like that I had to leave. I didn’t like that I had to leave. I didn’t like that I had to leave.

I needed a last minute place to spend the night & it served its purpose.

Breakfast was good, plenty of variety. The room was a good size. Shower pressure was good.

During breakfast, I had to ask for a fork & there were no more plates for oatmeal & cereal at 9:30am. However, that is probably because breakfast ends at 10am. The pack & play needs replacement, maybe a mini crib should be available instead. Since I travelled with an infant, having the parking across the street was cumbersome. It was difficult to move the stroller in that gravel. Maybe put pavement? The indoor pool might have too much chlorine or poor ventilation. The scent of the chlorine was super strong. So strong that we couldn’t stay more than a couple of minutes.

Most uncomfortable beds ever. Had to cut short our trip because couldn't sleep one more night on these beds A/C is right by the bed which is awful when you sleep at night Breakfast is very average A/C in the common areas was so low some days, we felt like we were entering a freezer
