Huge room, very clean, safe surroundings.

Room was comfortable.

Poor customer service. Expectations not set upon booking. We were informed at check-in to pay $250 damage deposit in CASH ONLY. We had to use ATM on site that required $3 fee per transaction and max withdrawal per transaction was $200. I will not be staying here again.

The place was fine for a one night stay.

It was right off of Hwy 75, but harder to locate once off the highway. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable.

Needs updating Got a bug bite Shower floor showed lots of wear Hot water/ cold water at sink was reversed

My stay was great!!! Besides that incident with that girl at the front desk August 25th on Friday night with a damm atti

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice, except one girl she had an attitude and she work at night wasn’t not pleasant at all. Chuck that watch over the breakfast was a delight to talk to every morning. The cleaning lady was very nice kept our room clean every day… My daughter want to stay there again and we will recommend family and friends to stay at your hotel…. The breakfast was very good and tasty… The girl wasn’t pleasure I should had got her name… Because me and my daughter job we work with people everyday. Her customer service was terrible… When we came into the hotel she actually had the door locked we had to bang on the door to get in the hotel… I didn’t appreciate that attitude when we spend our $597.00 to stay at your hotel… We should have had better service dealing with her with a damm attitude. She shouldn’t be working with people. She have bad customer service… Otherwise everyone else was nice, professional, great customer service. The night that girl worked was Friday night we arrived back at the hotel around 11:00 pm this was our second night there and had to deal with her at the front with a damm attitude… That night was August 25th on a Friday that girl worked around 11:00pm. If I decided to stay at your hotel again when I get back in town.. They need to talk to her because if she there and have an attitude I will ask to speak to a manager… I didn’t do it this time because I came in town to celebrate my granddaughter Sweet Sixteen Birthday!!! Enjoy myself with my grandkids but she was nasty… Thank for a great stay at Comfort Inn Suites…

I didn’t like the girl at the front desk August 25th around 11:00 pm. When me and my daughter got back at the hotel she had the front entrance lock we was out there about 10 mins knocking on the glass door to into in the hotel to go to our room we was tired. It was my granddaughter birthday we celebrated all morning and night. We was not expecting the door to be locked. Then when unlocked the door she had an attitude. I can see she don’t have great customer service. I worked with people every day that’s part of my profession . Me and my daughter didn’t like her. We speak to everyone we didn’t even said nothing to her she need to be back in training and stop worrying about a damm paycheck. Me and my daughter jobs is mangers and know about great customer service. She isn’t professional at all . So we not pleased with her.

Excellent. Quiet. Pleasant. Full service breakfast and later check out than others is worth the stay

First.... The pleasant smell not only in the lobby, but also when I walked in my room, it smelled so fresh. And not a cover up, but the freshness that lingers. First impressions are everything and the front desk staff was very friendly both in the evening and morning. The breakfast was something someone would want to eat. Kudos to the breakfast staff. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but the bold roast was the best I can ever remember having. The rooms were big and comfortable. Met the hospitality upon leaving my room, was happy to tip. If I ever need to stay in the Stockbridge area again, this hotel will be my choice. Even the 12pm checkout is a plus

I didn't like that the backdoor to the hotel is easy for anyone to pry open and welcome themself in and I didn't like that when me, my mother, my sister and my kids were swimming this weird guy came out of nowhere and was staring at us really hard while sitting at one the tables as if he saw us going to the pool from a distance and wanted to have a good look at us. He was staring as if he had something planned he didn't care to hide the fact that he was watching us he actually made it known and kept staring which made me and my mom and sisters feel really uncomfortable he faced out direction and watched us in the pool and wen I reported him to the lady at the front desk and she came to check it out he pretend to be on the phone wen she came and then he left right afterwards to make it seem as if he wasnt doing anything . It was just really weird and the whole time while being in the pool I couldn't enjoy myself because I was scared to turn my back from the door. Had my kids and my sisters and mom to watch over and I didn't want the creep coming back and trying anything my heart pounded really fast everytime the door was open because I thought he was gonna come back.

Job well done comfort Inn staff

Property is always nice and calm. Always enjoy my time spent at comfort Inn. Staff is always professional and always show courtesy.

The only issue I always have is-the bed pillows. It’s the only thing I would change. They seem to be uncomfortable. Very difficult to sleep on. Other than that the hotel stay is awesome

I want to thank Tiffany for how well she played a great part in our service. She also made sure the breakfast kept flowi

I loved how the front staff was very nice and the my room was clean. My check in process was very easy and quick.

I was not to happy with housekeeping. She took our towels and didn’t give us anymore because we were checking out that day. I mean we still have to shower before getting on the road.. when I asked her about it she seemed to have an attitude. She didn’t even look at me just said she don’t have any.

I enjoyed the stay but there was some things I noticed wrong.

The bathroom vent was clogged with dirt it wasn't cleaned and the pillows can be standard size. The pillows provided were difficult to sleep on they are not adult friendly. Also there was no privacy curtains and the refrigerator did not keep cool.

Great experience overall. Great staff.

I would have like more variety. Every morning was the same breakfast. The breakfast looked good, but would not have been my choice. A good fruit bowl would have been great.

I was not a fan of the eggs. I tried them and they really upset my stomach.

Clean! Inside and out, staff friendly and the location is accessible to everything. 2 elevators.

I missed the free breakfasts lol. Not on the hotel but me for oversleeping. Shower curtains were slightly tattered and bed was not as comfortable as I'd like.

Comfortable beds and ok breakfast, but not sure if we will stay here again.

I liked that the room and shower are large. Their beds are always comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were down for remodeling. The breakfast food was just ok, but nothing to brag about.
