The hotel was dirty roaches everywhere . I was so embarrassed when my friends left ! I did not stay the night a waste of

Worst hotel experience ever.

The front desk staff were helpful.

The first room they gave me had a heating and air conditioning unit that did not work, would not turn on at all. The second room they gave me only had a hand towel and washcloth, no bath towels. And no hair dryer. And then I looked in the kitchenette and the cabinets were completely empty. There were no pots or pans, no silverware, no dishes. No coffee pot. You had to go down to the front desk to check out these items. They gave me one plate, one cup, one bowl, one fork, one knife, one spoon. And a coffee pot and towels. All of which I had to carry up to my room, in two trips. When I reserved the room, the information said Breakfast was included. The only thing they provided was a muffin at the check in counter. Nothing other than a muffin. Not even coffee. And the gate to drive into their parking lot did not open with your room key card. You had to punch a button that was the hotel's phone number, and answered with a long list of options. You eventually had to push a button that rang the front desk. Then you had to wait quite a while for someone at the front desk to push a button to open the gate to let you into the parking lot. It was terribly inconvenient. I was looking forward to a nice long soak in the bathtub, but there was no way to plug the drain in the bathtub. All in all, it was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel establishment in my life. I had originally made reservations for one week, but I left after 2 nights, when brown water started bubbling up in the bath tub.

theres a kitchen but nothing available to cook or eat with, vending machines with chips candy soda and energy drinks. NO breakfast!

good staff below par facilities as far as cleanliness

the location and staff were nice and when i expressed my stay I got refunded.

my bathroom was infested with roaches and the other room had cigarette burns on the counter and the floor had a bad smell.

I will never be booking another reservation at that location again.

What I liked about the property was the staff was really nice.

I didn’t like the fact that it was a few bugs on the room that we had stayed in lastnite.

Very poor

People where very unpleasant. Not family friendly had bums knocking on my door late at night. Gave me a key to someone else is room. bums in the hallway with thier carts it's was horrible I would not go back especially with kids.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean.

Breakfast was advertised but not provided. A window was open that could not be closed.

Sketchy hotel for price

This hotel appears to operate as transitional housing for displaced or distressed individuals. while that’s admirable, it means that a lot of the guests ignore the hotel’s no smoking rules. Our initial room smelled like an ashtray. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed by the situation. The ceiling of our hotel room appeared to have brown splatter all over it and we killed 4 spiders in a 12 hour period.

I was stayed before also some of Extended Stay hotel, but this one doesn't look like that level

Very bad reception. No breakfast was provided. No towel at the room. No knowledge of the Crew members reception.

Reception. Breakfast was included, but they said there was no breakfast. First they provided a room which has no curtains. No bath towel at the room. When i ask for one, they reply to come down n collect one.

The room smelled like smoke when it was a smoke free room; there were people fighting in the hallway at 2am; people next door were loud early in the morning
