We asked for a full refund as they couldn’t check us in but apparently they charged a total fee

They were not able to check us in and asked us to come back because their computer was not working.

my stay was quiet the room could of been cleaner and the management didn't need to be rude I will never stay with ex

the property halls needed to be clean the carpet needed to be shampoo the room had an order

all of The front desk staff were amazing however manager was petty and mean to me . someone came in my room with out knocking .

I WILL NEVER BE BACK, AS LONG AS BLONDE GUY WORKS THERE

The night manager was the rudest individual I have ever come across. I was a bartender for 18 years. Im far from perfect, but I do know a thing or two about customer service… he clearly did not want to be there, it was 10:30pm. I had traveled 400 miles, I was exhausted. My father had passed away that morning .. this guy, blonde hair beard.. was something special, not in a good way. I will not be going back to that location. Some things I’ll leave off here. But I’ve never been talked to so degrading in my life.

The room was not clean and we didn’t feel safe, so we left early.

Staff was friendly.

The sheets had stains, the towels had stains. The room overall was not clean. You could smell smoke coming from other people smoking near by. There was yelling and arguing happening in the hallway. It didn’t feel safe.

old and dated, tub was in need of being covered or replaced. stood in entrance waiting for 15 minutes to get shampoo and no one ever showed up!

LACKED HOUSEKEEPING DIRTY BATHROOM-

Lots of shopping 🛍

Bathroom was filthy. Floor dirty, bathtub dirty , hair in drain. Yuk 🤢, Black mold around caulking all around bathtub 🛀. Had to go out and buy bleach , gloves, and wire brush to clean myself. Not good ESA.

staff was great but I think should work on the cleanliness of the rooms and high traffic areas it makes a big difference

the location was great it was near everything you needed.

the room was not clean when we arrived. if the cleaning was better and up grade the kitchen and bathroom I would have liked the stay better and I believe people would opt to stay here vs residents inn with Marriott. nothing fancy but cleanness and upgrade would help my stay feel more at home.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY - BLACK MOLD ISSUE - HEALTH HAZARD

Close to all restaurants & shopping 🛍

Management, man by the name of Troy , was so rude & attitude problem. No way to treat guests. My wife asked him about changing rooms , and he dramatically said he had no more rooms , our room was filthy , bathtub full of black mold. Closet full of black mold. Sheets were not clean & itchy. I wish I could give no stars . This hotel is a dump for what you pay. Find another hotel. You may pay a little more, but well worth it.

RUDE RUDE RUDE 😝

Close to many attractions & restaurants.

I would need a 20 page dossier. You pick the problem , I'll give you a response. Management very rude & snooty. Troy the manager 🙄 acted so high & mighty with us that I have never seen anything like it. Just a bad attitude and nasty demeanor about him, like he tries to pretend to be nice , but he could really care less. Like he'll look you straight in the face with a smile , but then talk behind your back first chance he gets. Not professional in my my opinion. Also the mattress was so dated and uncomfortable, they need to really replace every room with new mattresses & box springs. I'm sure they have an expense account for the property, every hotel does.

It was good, I went to relax and that was the best part.

I like the style of the hotel "studio" style

Cleanliness. The shower wasn't clean you could tell because there was hair stuck on the walls and shower floor. The room floors weren't clean you could see shoemarks all over and a vape pen was laying in plane site.
