Will not go gack there.

Location was good. The property look good from the outside.

Blood on the black out curtain/shades Hairdryer was not attached to wall kept falling off. Towel hanger behind the bathroom door was loose. Breakfast food was not good decided fed to eat breakfast out. The toilet was blocked and we were given a plunger to fix the problem ourselves.

Disappointing

The staff were fine. The bathtub and shower were somewhat disgusting, the grouting was very moldy and pealing, the door to our room had to be lifted up to make it close, and the screws were stripped that held the side plate of the handle mechanism so it needed to be pushed in to allow the door to shut. I have photos to show what I am talking about. Not happy about room conditions, I expected more.

Superb

Great location to restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Hotel lobby and dining area is updated, clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was very clean with updated sink area but if they are ever remodeling they should put in a shower rather than a tub. Tub was old and shower head sprayed water every direction. Some of the stucco in bathroom was peeling off the wall.

Great location, pool broken and subpar breakfast.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable.

We reserved this hotel a year ago and when we arrived, we found out that the pool was closed because the pump was being repaired. We were traveling with our grandchildren, so we ended up going to another hotel with a working pool. I rebooked this year and we arrived, while I was checking in my husband walked to the back and saw the pool filled and clean. We checked in and went to visit our son and went to dinner, when we returned, we wanted to take our grandkids to the pool. We asked for towels at the front desk and told that the pool was closed because the pump was being repaired. Really over a year later and the pump was still not repaired, and they couldn't tell us that when we checked in. The breakfast was very disappointing to say the least. As soon as it was 9:30 the person managing the area came out and locked everything up. On our final day we went to have breakfast at 8:45 and while we were getting our beverages a mother and her two children walked in through the front doors and walked straight back to the breakfast area loaded up on all the eggs and sausages and made 3 waffles for each of themselves. I went to the front desk to ask if they were going to bring out more eggs and sausage. She went to check and told me that they were bringing more out. As soon as it was brought out the ladies' kids go up and went to get more. When they finished eating, they went straight back out the door. I cannot confirm that they were not actually staying at the hotel, but it certainly appeared that way. We will not be returning next year.

Pleasant

Rooms were clean and air temperature was good. I seen a nice breakfast was served. Didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

I did not stay at this hotel. The clerk understood and cancelled the reservation at no charge.

Front desk lady was very kind and understood why I cancelled the stay. She confirmed there would be no charge.

Dark, dingy, depressing with an overwhelming smell of chlorine....absolutely no way I could stay there as it would create a respiratory crisis.

I would stay again but not in THAT room.

Breakfast was as expected, location was perfect for what I needed to be in Pinehurst for, and the staff as very pleasant.

My room was right over reception with the bright lights and no way to close the curtains to block it out. The bed had a shortened or unbalanced leg like a restaurant table. Otherwise it was fine.

Disappointing

One of the staff members was sitting with her legs up on the table at check in. She was eating big bowl of what looked like pasta and sauce. Not very appealing. We had problems with the TV. Front desk said they couldn't help. Never stay again.

Like I said quiet and comfortable but service and breakfast was awful

Beds were comfortable

Breakfast was awful. Eggs and sausage was cold. No juice of any kind. Room was ok but the tv remote didnt work had go down to get a new one. Toilet was plugged up ask to have it fixed but told they had a plunger but no one to fix it. Made us move to another room.

Double Bogey in Pinehurst

Location was very centralized and convenient.

The property is old, and run down. Broken tiles. Scuffed walls. Dirty outlets. Bugs in the light fixture in bathroom. Dirty towels left by previous guests in bathroom. Not a three star property as advertised and some positive reviews really had us expecting more. Mostly every staff member we encountered in our short stay was sick, coughing and congested. If you’re expecting a “nice, clean 3 star hotel” don’t spend time or money at this location.
