Probably won’t stay in another comfort inn

Easy, friendly, clean and comfortable

Easy to book, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Easy to find, good breakfast.

Disappointed in our stay.

Location

Coffee maker quit after one cup. The shower did not work. Only had water into the tub.

Very comfortable and I felt safe which was a concern since I was staying by myself.

The staff had great customer service. Room was cleaned every day and stocked up. There was one night my tv stopped working and the young lady came up to see if it was the tv or the weather. I cant remember her name but she only had three letters.

The pool was not in service and my sink had a leak.

The best hotel we e stayed in yet.

It was well laid out, and provided everything we needed. It even had FREE continental breakfast.

The showers are difficult to use when trying to clean children. I personally think they should make all of the showers have handheld shower heads that you can take down and wash. So moms can wash young ones easier.

Great accommodations for an overnight stay. We’ll be back!

Sorry to say, we slept through breakfast. But the bedding (great duvet!) and pillows were so comfy we didn’t want to wake up! Super happy to be able to have our fur babies with us.

We were surprised at the noise level from the interstate. But certainly didn’t keep us awake.

Would stay again if in this area. Staff was nice, breakfast was good and the facility was clean.

Facilities were clean, breakfast was good, Staff was friendly, room was quiet.

Had requested a top floor room but didn't get it. (Have had issues recently with loud guest above us at other locations.) Parking was an issue, lot was small and large vehicles and work trucks were taking up multiple spaces.

Nice place.

Room was nice, breakfast was good, pool was fun.

Elevator sounded weird and there were two tvs in the room but only one remote.

Very good

The breakfast and location met our expectations. The hotel overall was good.

They were in the middle of a renovation, so the place was just a little out of sorts. If I have a complaint, it would be the parking. I truly believe that the parking spaces aren't adequate for the size of the hotel. There just isn't enough parking.

it was horrible and I will never stay there again

the location was convenient

everything, there was construction going on inside and outside the building, the hallways smelled like weed, our room didn’t have a fan in the bathroom, the ac didn’t work and it was in need of a renovation. we left early bc we were so unhappy with the staff and the facilities. when we checked out I noticed that I was overcharged. I was told it would b $116 total when I checked in , but when I was checking out I saw that the hotel had over charged me like $140. the lady working was no help and really rude. then I got another random charge on my account from the hotel. I will b calling corporate in the morning and making sure they know

We would stay again. The renovations will help to modernize the hotel.

The employees were friendly and accommodating.

The property was under construction so there was a lot of construction dust/dirt from bringing materials in. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. The breakfast was ok.
