My family just stopped for a night, but everything was perfect. We got great service and the room was very nice and clean with everything we needed.

Staff 5/10, (they were always in the office and you had to wait and call yell for them for help, multiple guests did this)
Cleanliness, 7/10 (overall clean, it is an old hotel and kept as best as possible)
WiFi/Technology, 1/10 ( WiFi bad, t.v. Old and small, limited outlets, no usb ports for changing)
Value 5/10 (i personally feel this is way over priced, for the service and ammonites available, breakfast and coffee are blah and minimal)

Bed was comfortable but room, especially floors, were dirty as well as the common areas were dirty. Breakfast was bleak and it was at best an average stay.

The carpet in the room had not been cleaned or sweep. There as dirt from the baseboard out 5-6 inch from the wall and behind the night stands! We had to go to Super8 the next morning to get coffee because they were having a water issue.

The room was very clean but the coffee pot did not work. Also, my wife is handicapped and although the shower was first class, there were no supporting handles for getting on and off the toilet. Finally, I went to reception to get some coffee, but was told the machine was broken and no hot drinks were available. I was most disappointed with this hotel.

This hotel is not newly renovated like we were told. We first walked into the room and there was a musty smell. You have to keep the ac on 64° to have a cool room and to keep the musty smell away. Housekeeping didn't even vacuum into the room. There were food crumbs all over the floor. We moved the ottoman. More food crumbs or whatever was hidden underneath the ottoman. Oh there were also food crumbs on top of the ottoman that they forgot to wipe off🙄 The room is very dated. The walls look like they've never been cleaned. You could see streaks of light brown who knows what running down the walls in the bathroom. I wouldn't dare drink a cup of coffee. The keureg was dusty inside and out. I don't think it's ever been cleaned. The only good thing about the bathroom is the shower head has hard pressure but don't hold your breath for hot water. The equipment in the fitness room is sticky and rusted. Has it ever been cleaned? The carpet in the room and hallway looks like the same carpet from 1990 and it smelled that way too. Don't stay here if you like to eat breakfast. Breakfast is included but you're only getting a yogurt or muffin. If you like washing your clothes don't stay here. Both washers and dryers on BOTH floors don't work. They take half of your money and then you can't put anymore money in to start a load. And of course the staff can't help with them nor do they have keys. For $100/night I felt ripped off staying here. Its dated and unclean to say the least.

The check in was easy and the person in duty personable. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and he moved us to another room quickly. The rooms need updating but the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Nothing by packaged muffins and dry cereal. Probably won’t stay again.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Check in was efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast was very sparse. No hot food, unless you count the add-water instant oatmeal. Not much variety either.

I read a lot of bad reviews but honestly it was your average affordable hotel. We stayed on the first floor. The room was clean. The bed & pillows were super comfortable. Nice long hot shower. Nothing super fancy but nothing terrible. We had a perfectly fine stay for one night. No complaints.

The motel is close to the highway. They had a grab and go breakfast. The room needs a lot of deep cleaning and updating. The caulking was really dirty and the chair in the room has stains on it. The drawer on the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. The sink was going down very slowly. The bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The shower was amazing. For the amount of time we were there it was fine but I wouldn’t stop there on my next trip.

Wasn’t in our room much , only to sleep , bath. Was in town for softball tournament . Hotel was clean and very convenient to restaurants . Will stay again if in town .

Overall aged and run down. Towels past their prime, bath room paint peeling and cracked, carpets poor / need cleaning. TV limited and low quality. Breakfast poor.

This property's amenities appear pre-2000s era. It needs updating badly. Room not clean, toilet ran water intermittently all night every 20 minutes, most surfaces appeared worn and/or dirty. Not a single USB port available. "Grab and go" breakfast is a stretch amounting to overripe bananas, stale cereal from the twist dispensers, and nothing hot - we had to venture to buy our own breakfast. My skin crawls recounting this stay. I likely will never stay at a Baymont property ever again. Stay at your own risk - I'd rather sleep in my car!

Everything was very good, the only reason I didn’t say excellent was because the breakfast bar was skimpy and the blueberry muffins tasted old and dry.

Hotel was clean. Staff was not very pleasant, not bad just not interested in customers. A/C didnt work well. Stayed hot for hours after turning the a/c down, even after dark. Breakfast was not worth sutting down for. Stale packaged bakery items. Coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal and little pacs of add water oatmeal. No toast, no boiled eggs, no fruit, nothing you get as breakfast any other motel/hotel. Breakfast was sorry.

Very nice hotel for money. Our family stayed in a two bedroom suite with a foldout couch. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom seemed small and the TV was off on the channel list but that’s starting to just nick-pick. Overall it was a great stay.

We left our laptop in the room! The kids had it under the sofa bed. The staff found it, turned it in to Mgmt, Mgmt called me but we were too far away to drive back. They took it and helped us ship it home to us. Above and Beyond!! Great place to stay because people like these own and run the hotel.

The previous reviews had me a little scared after I had already booked it! We were pleasantly surprised. The only thing we found fault with was the easy chair by the bed shoukd be replaced! All else served our needs.

Convenient off the interstate and bed was comfortable. However, the toilet stopped working into the night and we had to go down to the lobby to use the bathroom. Tried numerous times to tell someone about the problem but there was no one at the desk. Also the “hot breakfast “ was a few pre-packaged pastries. Not good
