In town for a volleyball tournament. It’s a nice place to stay. Parking wasn’t the best but otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The foyers leading from the elevators, however, were filthy. The side entrance door was broken and the lock was laying on top of the trash can. Anyone could have access to enter the hotel. This was a safety measure that still had not been repaired the next day. Had I known this prior to checking in, aint no way I would have stayed there and would have requested my money back. I will not stay at this hotel again. This is what happens when u book a hotel unseen.

This hotel was just ok. The pool is very small and feels like a sauna. The room was a good size for our family, but the toilet paper holder was broken and when we checked in, there were 4 stink bugs crawling on the wall of our room. The bed hurt my husbands back. There was a big wooden board covering the bottom half of one of the doors leading to the parking lot. The kids loved the breakfast and the coffee was good.

The toilet was running all the time and you could not flush the toilet. There was dirt all over the floor in the bathroom. To small for someone in a wheelchair. I brought my mom into the lobby in a wheelchair.

Was perfect for our overnight stay to get some rest off the road. Bed was comfy, room was clean and breakfast options were just enough. Cups for coffee could have been bigger but otherwise no complaints from us big coffee drinkers!

Cleanliness was acceptable. No parking in the lot available - transfer truck and another truck with long trailer toook up multiple spaces . Had to park at Antique store next door and walk over. Back door did not close. Breakfast was ok , but not wonderful. Pool did not open until 9 am , so did not get to try it .

First room was not cleaned when we check in. 2nd room’s thermostat was broken and stuck on freezing. We pulled the batteries and called it good. Front desk attendant was very kind and moved us to a clean room right away and had it not been crazy busy we would have tried to get our thermostat properly working.

Coffee pot boiled out all water. Fridge noisy. Only one trash can in room. A/C would not cool right. Set on 70degres and registered 73.

I felt the lady at the deals, Thea ( hope that’s spelled right) was so genuine and caring. The suite was nice and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and I even did laundry on sight, that was very clean.

The Staff and Hotel was clean and very nice. The only complaint would be the walls/window are very thin and you can hear traffic and people noise. The building was undergoing renovations so it maybe old building that needs windows replaced too!

Expedia should have told us that the property was undergoing renovation. Never would have stayed here with the disruptions. IT WAS NOT THE HOTEL’S FAULT. EXPEDIA SHOULD HAVE KNOWN AND BEEN UP FRONT.

Everything was great! Clean, friendly front desk worker, and nice. The only issue is the bedroom tv won’t get signal but honestly we’re so tired we don’t even care. Lol
