Spacious & comfy suite close to boardwalk/beach

Excellent location, very clean, spacious suite with a lovely balcony and great views. The bed was huge and comfy with plenty of pillows and there were extra blankets in the closet as well. I didn't need to use the pull-out sofa but it was nice to know it was available, and had more than enough throw pillows. All windows had nice faux wood plantation shutters and the balcony door had built-in mini-blinds. Biscayne Suites is a convenient 3-minute walk up to the beach and boardwalk via Moorlyn Terrace and is in close proximity to many restaurants and shops, plus Acme is a just few short blocks away. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

No paper towels provided with the kitchen. The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and it's connected to the bathroom's overhead light so there's no way to avoid turning it on. Lighting throughout the suite was a bit dicey; all bulbs/lamps could use an upgrade (there was a constant flicker on the lamp next to the sofa in the living area). Otherwise, the place was great!

Exceptional

Spacious room very clean. Good location and quiet. Loved seeing pillow covers that zip off to clean also mattress covers. I wish more motels would get on board with this process. It's nice seeing a clean pillow under the pillowcase.

great location, low price, and beautiful rooms, very clean

the photos online did not do it justice, I ended up in a room that was renovated and absolutely beautiful everything brand new even the coffee machine! it was super close to the boardwalk and great price! I’m glad I read the reviews which were all good. highly recommend!

the parking spaces had poles in the middle of a lot of spaces so that layout could use some redoing but it worked out just fine

Pleasant one night stay at Biscayne Suites.

Great friendly staff! - room was clean - nice location.

An update on the some of the furnishings, mattress, blankets, and lamps would be a plus. The bedroom balcony door’s “internal shade” was broken (couldn’t open it). Maintenance employee was very nice and brought light bulbs for the lamps that weren’t working.

A good value for February!

Suite was clean, utensils, dishes available. Convenient to boardwalk, free parking. A very good deal for February!

Parking spaces so tight to concrete columns made it difficult to get out of car. Heat worked great in bedroom; barely worked in living room.

Beautiful location! We visited out of season so nothing open, but it’s a beautiful town. The room was nice, tub small but good layout! Only thing was the pillows, flat hard and not comfy. We were extremely tired from arriving super early into Philly, good pillows are so important. Bed was on the firm side but for one night it was doable! Thanks for a quiet location. Beautiful property.

Very good

We do like staying here because it is so close to the beach, more affordable than most and there is a clean pool on the roof that we love to swim in. It is right next door to a fabulous ice cream shop, too! I also like that there is a modest kitchen that we make use of so we are not ordering out every night that we are there. Staff is attentive and the people who stay there are generally lower key families and older couples. Generally get a great, quiet night's sleep. Looking forward to next year's trip!

Parking spaces have always been a challenge to fit into as they are quite narrow.
