Size of the room was great, clean and well maintained. Parking was great as we used the underground security area. Beautiful grounds.
Only had cereal and toast but cost was for a full cooked breakfast which we didn't have because we were going to friends for a large bbq lunch. So expensive at $35 each for continental. Should have gone elsewhere.

We used the hotel as a getting ready location for our wedding as well as the night of the wedding accomodation for us as husband and wife. Everything we needed/asked for was no hassle for the staff. Staff were willing to help if they could. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The rooms were also super cute for photos.
The parking is a bit of a hassle.

Very little, the majority of staff were friendly, the wedding coordination staff were wonderful and the food at the wedding was very good BUT seriously, the rest was appalling. The wedding rings went missing, everywhere was searched by they never showed up. The mother of the bride had confirmed with the groom the rings were their, but they vanished the morning of the wedding and never resurfaced!!! The food at breakfast was SO SO, the service at breakfast was nothing but dreadful. The facilities are appalling for anyone with physical issues, stair to EVERY single guest room and NO lifts from reception, no lifts to the library room where the wedding reception was held, seriously NOT for anyone with physical needs. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the pillows smelt very stale. All in all, the wedding was very good but the accommodation and other facilities were seriously lacking, over priced and a room with a view had a glimpse of the carpark. won't ever stay there again.
Most everything but the Wedding staff and food, everything else was dreadful. Poor facilities, no disabled suitability, dreadful food in the restaurant and the food at the high tea was over priced and appalling.

Called the hotel to ask if they had parking for a car and camper trailer, when I got to the hotel, they had cones out to save an area for me to park.
Girl on reception could not have been more friendly and made us feel really welcome..
Room was a great size, beds comfy and clean.
The guy behind the bar was not very welcoming or nice, thankfully for you guys he is not at reception. !!

Location is beautiful and well-lit. Easy car parking facilities. Very cheerful and helpful staff at the reception. Beautiful large shower and shower amenities. Enjoyed the Australian natural shower products. Great selection of desserts from the in-room service. Although we didn't get to try, the in-house spa looked amazing with a lot of services.
Temperature control for the room is situated at the reception. I had no idea about that. And so the room was boiling during the nights and no matter even though the setting was kept at 17deg.C, it was too hot to sleep. A note next to the A/C control in room, mentioning to call reception to switch modes would have been highly appreciated.
Breakfast can have better vegetarian options with wilted spinach and hash browns. The grilled tomatoes had a fishy smell.

we couldn't work out how to turn off the air con - noisy at night.
tea bags ran out on first day and were not replenished
hot drinks we bought from cafe the first day were in a larger takeaway container than on subsequent days so we were disappointed when purchasing the next time

The air con was hopeless We were cold the whole time we were there. Granted, we are from Brisbane, and used to a warmer climate, but we could not warm the room.

There is no lift on the other wing so we had to carry our suitcases up two stairs and carry it down as well . The gym is outside the lodges so in the rain it's not convenient. Also leaving hour keys at the desk to access the gym meant every morning you kind of had to wait which was inconvenient when time pressed .b

Rooms are very quiet and the bed is super comfy.
The TV didn't work in the room and the shower taps where very hard not to scold yourself or be freezing. I travel a lot and have not experienced either before at the price that the room was at which was dissappointing.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed / bedding was comfortable. The common areas around the foyer, bar and restaurant were relaxing and comfortable. All hours check in is a bonus.

Beds and pillows were super comfy. Linen was also lovely. The curtains are blockout curtains so it was nice and dark for a sleep in, in the mornings. Rooms are nice and spacious & very clean.
