Boutique stay with authentic style and the best restaurant in Jaipur

Such a cute boutique hotel. The decor is fabulous. The staff friendly and helpful. We also loved the restaurant at the nearby sister hotel, Peacock — rooftop restaurant with great food and live music.

Decent cab ride to the Pink City and tourist attractions. But you’ll want a break from that area.

Amazing decor and central location. A must visit.

Amazing decor Great layout Our suite had an extra bed for kid Very spacious bathroom Located near main train station, airport, bazars and hawa Mahal Good cafes nearby Staff provided plates and cutlery when we ordered food from swiggy Attentive room service

Staff could be a bit more helpful (not rude but not very helpful) No restaurant on site TV, intercom and hair dryer didn't work (staff fixed TV and intercom on advising them, we didn't ask for the hair dryer to be fixed). Shower mixer was super weird and the water pressure was hardly enough to wash the soap off

stunning hotel, beautifully decorated inside - you feel like you’re staying in an old palace all the staff were great and couldn’t do enough to make sure you had all you needed for a great stay the sister hotel has a great cocktail bar and restaurant too

the safe didn’t work but was no big deal

Disappointing

Beautiful room decor, very clean room and comfortable beds, much needed and effective air conditioning in room.

Water in shower wasn't draining. Hot water was only available in the mornings and not in the evenings after a sweaty day of sightseeing. Safe in the room wasn't operable. Staff are friendly but unable to communicate in English, unable to address the issues and did not know how to charge a credit card. Restaurant was closed at the sister location.

Fantastic, will be staying again and sharing with friends.

One of the most stunning hotels I have ever stayed at, each room was decorated beautifully. The breakfast was lovely and staff were super helpful. We were able to travel quickly to different sites, and lots of good places to eat nearby - Hotel Katalyn was a good rooftop.

The heritage look and approximity of the hotel from markets and airport. The staff were good and supportive and perfect fit for a budget hotel.

The hotel does not have inhouse kitchen. They get it from nearby hotel. So breakfast is concern in the morning.

Superb

Impressive hotel with beautiful decorated rooms and a very nice staff ( especially receptionist Shailender ) has made our stay at Jaipur a memorable one. They have good contact with car service who provided seamless service ( sight seeing etc.,). They even arranged to keep our extra bags as we had planned for outstation trips from Jaipur. Looking forward for my next trip to Jaipur with a stay at Pearl Palace :)

Not advisable for family stay

Only the interior decoration.

The amenities are not upto the mark.There is no restaurant attached.Very few staffs were available.Food quality and quantity are very poor,moreover it is over priced.Above all it is a good looking but good for nothing hotel with no amenities.The staff asked to disclose credit card pin while making payment which is unacceptable.

My go-to hotel in Jaipur!

The attention to detail in creating 20 unique rooms was mind blowing and view from the balcony was amazing!

The breakfast was okay, the shower head wasn't reliable, had to balance constantly between hot and cold water as it changes on its own and the water pressure is weak

Amazing stay in Jaipur

The decoration was amazing in every detail. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. We loved our stay.

Nothing to complain. Maybe the twin beds joined together as a "double bed" was a bit sad.

Meh!

1. The rooms are designed with different state themes of India. It's beautiful to see the paintings and the themes of each state. The decoration is very apt and it captures the essence of Indian culture so beautifully. 2. The staff is polite and tries to help as much as they can. 3. I booked a category of the room but no one can select the state you'll be given, I mean the theme of the room. I requested one and got it. 4. The rooms look exactly like the photos. 5. It is affordable. We could book a suite for the price of a room.

Even being a boutique theme-based hotel, there are many improvement points that made my stay very ok. 1. They don't have in-house catering. The food either comes from their other hotel (their tied-up hotel) or you can order from outside via Swiggy or Zomato. Our lunch came in after 45 minutes due to which we couldn't go and see a monument that we planned for that day. 2. They are understaffed. They have 4 people (2 per shift) for the entire place (more than 15 rooms). Out of the 2 available, one sits at the reception and the other helps the guests. So 1 person to take care of all guests making the service poor. I literally had to go down to the reception for everything from taking a water bottle to collecting cutlery for the food. 3. They don't make notes. We especially requested for room cleaning 3 times - once to the person who was cleaning and twice to the person sitting at the reception. But when we came back, our room wasn't clean. The person at the reception said he forgot. The 1 person handling all guests said he wasn't told and now as he is not the cleaner, he did a superficial cleaning like replacing the dustbins, soap, etc. no wiping nothing was done. They have mentioned cleaning timings (2:30-5:00 pm) in a rules sheet they share with you on check-in but don't follow that. The cleaning man works in the mornings and goes by afternoon. 4. They have construction going on and have bought a new laundry machine. As they are building out another floor, there is construction going on which is disturbing. The laundry machine is trouble. It makes such loud noises and the walls vibrate and the hotel people say it runs only in the mornings so if you are planning to stay in the hotel, you'll definitely get a headache. We were on the 2nd floor and this was happening on the 4th floor but it sounded like, it is happening in our room only. When I walked down to the reception, I could still hear the machine. 5.
