The first night wasn’t worth the price .

The breakfast has large selection . The location is good.

Although I asked for clean bed & pillows , they ignored my requests . First night was horrible for me . I couldn’t sleep because the bed was itchy & the pillow was smelly . The next day , I complained & found out that the pillow was stained & the blanket was so dusty . The houseking confirmed that the bed wasn’t changed & the blanket made of goose feather was neither been washed nor vacuumed .It was finally been removed from the room & was completely exchanged .

Supposedly, the best in town

The hotel felt secure, given the issue in the province. Breakfast had an Asian and European cuisine side.. which was nice. The seasonal decor was tasteful. Staff very attentative.

Room a bit small with no ironing facility. Bacon and sausages weren't quite right.

Holiday in Davao

We liked almost everything. The breakfast was good, delicious food in the Thai restaurant, the room was good, the staff was friendly, the pool area was very nice, and the massage was perfect (special thanks to Sheila!)

No balcony. From the photo it looks like there is a balcony, but actually it was just a decoration in this room. I asked for alternative room, but it was not available. The shower drain was very slow, so we had to take a very quick shower. I reported this problem to the front desk, but no impact. No hand towels in the room. The price level was a bit high compared to the Philippines standard. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Lovely hotel with great facilities.

Room was spacious and clean. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

Check-in took a long time and breakfast wasn’t that good.

Welcoming and helpful staff, fabulous breakfast buffet, stunning pool, good security

Great security; wonderful breakfast buffet - halal and non-halal with separate serving areas; great pool; some rooms are modern, clean and spacious; staff are welcoming and very helpful; terrific Thai resaurant on site. Have stayed here 3 times. Will continue to stay here when in Davao.

The rooms were not ready on arrival, sheets needed to be changed and the rooms needed to be cleaned. However, the staff were clearly shocked and embarassed and got the rooms cleaned quickly. This has only happened once in three stays.

The Dust Thani Residence Davao has excellent facilities and restaurants. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful.

Housekeeping over a 3 day stay never provided the minimum number and variety of towels that any guest would expect and need.

The first room assigned to us had an awful smell. The Hotel does not have a spare powerbank to use for urgent/important situations and the reception would not offer/did not allow us to use their cable charger because it is connected to their ipad even if at that time the ipad was fully charged.
