I FEEL THE ROOM COULD OF BEEN BETTER AND ALSO COMMUNICATION COULD BE IMPROVED

LOCATION WAS GREAT AND POOL WAS GOOD

THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE,ONLY ONE DRINKING GLASS,COCKROACH PROBLEMS,SMELLY BATHROOM,WIFI DROPPING OUT OR NOT WORKING AT ALL,SOME KITCHEN APPLIANCES NOT WORKING,NO DOOR ON FREEZER SO ANYTHING IN FRIDGE DOOR WOULD FREEZE,TELEVISION SPEAKERS DID NOT WORK,DRINKING FOUNTAIN ONLY SUPPLIED WARM WATER,AND ONLY HAD 25% OF ITS CAPACITY FOUND THERE WAS NO ONE TO CONTACT REGARDING ANY ISSUES CHECK IN WE WHERE IN A ROOM WITH AIR CON THAT DIDNT WORK,THEN MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM NEXT DAY..ONLY COMMUNICATION WAS VIA EMAIL IN WHICH NO ONE REPLIED TO MY EMAILS

Slum apartments of Davao... stay at the Aeon towers... much cheaper and way nicer

Nothing... the rooms were not as advertised and we were charged for 19 nights but only stayed 2 because of the poor conditions.

we are all disappointed especially the kids

just the clubhouse

nothing accessible like our wifi , television and the cleaners and during our check they know that we have a things we forgot don't even call to get the belongings. they just say it waa eaten by the cleaners but i said i need cooler little bag but they don't response especially the one who is responsible for our stay

It was the worst staycation I have encountered so far.

Very much frustrated of the service. There was a big cockroach lurking inside and small, black ants crawling to us even we are sleeping. I paid my wife service but it was not working for my 3 days stay. I won’t come back to this oasis hotel especially room number 205 !!!!!! The room was terribly sucks!!!

Beware of New Construction and Poor Management

The location of the One Oasis Condos is good. If you go out the back of the Ecoland SM Mall, you are only 10 mins walking from your condo. Keep in mind that there are several condos used under this listing. We stayed in 3315 and it was horrible. Another condo might be in better condition. One Oasis has six condo buildings, a swimming pool, basketball court and playground. The whole complex is gated with security. No one answered our messages or calls but the gate guards called and found out what unit we were assigned to in the complex. The city of Davao definitely has a lot to see and do. My family really enjoyed the Crocodile Park. Entry was 350 pesos and it was about 30 mins by taxi about 200p. The airport is about 16k from One Oasis and costs about 300p.

Top five reasons not to stay at One Oasis: 1) Construction has just started on the large lot just to the east of One Oasis (directly behind buildings 3 and 4). Work on these big projects are six days a week and ten hours a day. Based on the size of this project (SM Mall extension?), work could take years. 2) The management is horrible. Mrs. Arlyn couldn't get any of the things fixed in our condo during our stay and wouldn't move us to another unit. Her cleaning team is also poor (see photos) 3) No one shows you your condo. The guards give you a number and the keys are just left inside. We were greeted by a large number of ants and cockroaches when we entered because the trash hadn't been taken out. 4) Once you book a condo, you will get a very unfriendly and dated message telling you to send Covid information and identification to an email listed. You will not get a response when you send this information. You will also be warned about leaving the A/C on in the condo and threatened with extra charges. 5) Our condo unit was run down, full of dust, mold in the CR, and many things didn't work or weren't provided. For example, we didn't have internet (Globe said the bill hadn't been paid), the TV didn't work without internet because the cable was not connected, the electric stove didn't work so we couldn't cook, the central A/C was broken so we were told to turn on the window unit in the bedroom and leave the door open. The window unit wasn't powerful enough to cool the small condo and could barely cool the bedroom. Part of the problem was that the sliding door from the bedroom to the porch was broken and a large gab was letting the cold air out. This also made this condo unit very unsecure. We booked for three people but sheets are only provided for two so bring your own if someone is sleeping on the sofa like our son.

Parking issues in Oasis

I like the location, the pool and the room we rented

I only have some issues with the parking, on the first day they gave us a spot to park then past 11pm informed us it belongs to somebody then maybe past midnight security guard informed us again that it belongs to a certain attorney and that we have to park in anothet spot. To make it short they gave us outside parking. They should improve the service about parking issues.

Overall experience was great!

Great location, 24 hr security, private parking, clean pool. Also love that it has complete kitchen and dining facilities. Host was very kind and accomodating.

Not very nice view from windows which faces the back with on-going construction. Apart from this, overall experience was great.

Rubbish

The only positive thing was location for me

Well where do I start, had book this place for 7 nights, time we got there, we where told that on the 4 night we had to move to another apartment as the owner over book the condo, poor management.. the place was out dated,it was supposed to a 3 bedroom but 3rd room was closed off, again very poorly organised. Second, the guards, are too anal, need to relax, the kids where in pool(2 boys) once heading back to condo one of the guards pull the boys (and me)up for not wearing a shirt when leaving pool. They are kids having fun, let them be kids. Thirdly be careful if have car, as I was told by booking.com free parking, until we where leaving, plus the car park was away from condo entry. Again this place dysfunctional on all levels.

The location was good is straight next to a big mall the view of the place is good a nice swimming pool

We had a trouble experience when we arrived the security guards treat us badly with no respect and they didn't allow us to enter the supdivision even we show them we have a confirm booking from booking. Com Still they through us out in the streets with no respect until we call the agent and direct us to the unit number The next day we fire a complain against the security guards to the admin office of the complex and they promised us to conduct investigation on this matter which they didn't do anything

The unit is nice but not clean enough.

The noise from outside. E.g, I noticed that there's someone upstairs like at the top of the unit, made noises specially at night and it runs til early morning, not sure if there fixing or renovating the unit but it disturbed me a lot. That's why I checked out earlier. Aside from that, noises from banging of the doors. Then no assistance from staff, I kept on asking to assit me with the Tv, they just informed me that the staff were busy and Tv is not their priority.

We were given a room on the 5th flr but elevator was not working. Property owner could not be contacted. My mom who is elderly was with me and my kids. Too dangerous to go up and down the stairs specially coming from the pool with wet slippers. Room was very dusty. Not cleaned properly. We didnt use the room. We left since we couldn’t even sleep since ac was not working and it was too hot inside. We had to find trouble finding another hotel at 9 in the evening.Ive been fighting for my refund but still no updates. Bad experience

The location is very good. SM Mall is very near. The jeepney routes where you need to go are mostly available at the jeepney stop in front of the SM Mall. Taxi is also easy to grab. The two rooms where we stayed at were both clean and cozy. Our Davao trip was enjoyable as we found a nice place to rest after the daily tours on the city.

They can add bidet spray on the toilet, and the parking fee can be reduced further for an overnight park. We arrived earlier than the check-in time of 2pm. This should be informed to the caretaker days ahead so they can inform the guards to have our bags kept to a secure place temporarily. In this way, you can freely go to SM Mall with your travelling bags out of the way in the meantime, before the room is ready. Overall, the experience is okay !

Accessible to SM Ecoland, public transport, friendly & helpful staff. Area is very secure with 24/7 Security staffs monitoring the vicinity.

Nothing I can say it was one of the best stays we have here in Davao.
