A nice and comfortable room, very friendly staff, somewhat mediocre location.

The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. I had run out of toothpaste and they were quick to offer a small pack with mouthwash. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I ate a quick meal in the restaurant. The food was fine. The bartender/waiter was exceptional, very friendly and attentive.

The location was somewhat disappointing and my view from the room was of the freeway. The shower and tub were a little drippy.

Cool Stay. Comfortable, Clean, Cool Location.

Cool location. When checking in Front Desk girl was Pleasant and Sweet.

Maybe Pricey? Asked for Toothpaste & Toothbrush and never got them.

Excellent location, rooms and staff.

The staff were really friendly and switched on. They let us change rooms because of the noisy elevator and were generally helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were way larger than I thought they’d be, and very clean. The location was excellent for our needs (we had a car). It was about a 20-30min drive from everywhere we wanted to go which was perfect.

The elevator is very noisy. It makes a deep humming sound when it’s in motion which carries into some of the rooms. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room further away from the elevator.

Perfect location to explore LA & surrounding / also pick-up-point for many round-trips

The staff was very friendly, relaxed and helpful! The beds had been really super-comfortable! Location: very central 👍

Great stay

Great service, nice location (the Westfield mall is right across from the hotel & Sofi stadium is 13 min from the hotel), and comfy beds.

They didn't provide room service but they did provide alternative options, for example, Uber eats. They only provided half a roll of toilet paper, so we had to request more, and the room didn't provide a lot of lighting. The lighting was moody which can be aesthetically pleasing but our group preferred more lighting options.

Disappointing

Horrible staff attitude and they not having good bahavior .. elavator was out of service and we forced to get tge stairs for 8 floor and they dont care . I had a baby and stroller no one came to help and was not recomenfed this plscd to anyone

I've stayed here a number of times as it is convenient for work. It fits the bill and might not be the nicest of fanciest. But the team are incredible and its clean.

We have always enjoyed staying at the Four Points Sheraton Westside

I like the convenience of the hotel being right across the street from the mall and some bars and restaurants. I like that the hotel has a bar and a place to eat if required.

I didn't like the price. We have stayed a number of time at this hotel over the passed 10years and although I understand rates need to increase, we stayed here for 6 nights last year and this year almost cost the same for 3 nights. Granted it was a different time of the year but that was a major increase in rates.

Was charged additional because the staff made an error and checked us in for one day so when we arrived back to our room with all of our belongings the door was locked because they assumed we checked out .Had issues with our keys twice during our stay ,rooms were not cleaned regularly .

As good as the breakfast and the service staff were, it did not compensate for the shock experienced due to the noise felt in the hotel, coming from the maximum intensity of the street. the windows of the hotel are not protected by any noise isolation.

Very good with some changes needed

The wonderful Front Desk employee gave us free breakfast coupons and a discount on parking. Another Front Desk staff provided excellent instructions to a local place.

More variety and changing up the options for breakfast. The steel oats seemed uncooked.

safe location

Good option in Culver City, Los Angeles.

I stayed at the hotel because it was an early morning pick up point for a tour I went on. The room was good and the staff friendly. A bonus was the outdoor (slightly heated) pool where I could go and relax. Within a short walking distance from the hotel is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. It was easy for me to walk there. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant/bar facility. The hotel is also close to LAX which made it no hassle to get there by taxi for my flight.

The last time I stayed there the hotel had no record of my Booking.com reservation when I arrived at night. The manager had left already and the staff on duty did not have access to the booking.com system to verify. But they did provide me with a room and they contacted booking.com customer service to try and verify and sort out the glitch.
