Overall, the property was great, clean and friendly.

The property was nice and clean, the best part was the breakfast area. It was nice and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The part that I disliked the most was being next-door to another hotel guest with dogs. The dogs barked every time we came in and out of our room. They barked all night. I don’t know If I would stay at another hotel that allows animals. The dogs were too loud. That was the only part that we disliked about staying there

Decent stay for the price.

Decent stay, will probably stay again.

Spring break crowd was a little much for the staff but they did the best they could.

Excellent breakfast for the two-night stay

I really enjoyed the spacious and clean room. The breakfast is superb and includes homemade eggs, baked potatoes, fresh fruits, juice, yogurt, coffee, and bagels. The staff is friendly and helpful.The outdoor pool is a year-round.

CLEAN YOUR ROOMS

It was close to our family’s house

I have travelled all over the world And never run across a hotel that does not service their rooms nightly: APPARENTLY THE HOTEL DOES NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM, but never told us that. After coming home late to a dirty room, we requested clean towels and that our room was cleaned the next day. This still did not happen and again came back to a dirty room. We again requested it be cleaned and they took all of the bedding from the sofa bed, which we initially had to ask for, as the room was not ready for our paid 3rd guest and request for a room with three beds. Last I was told I would be credited a night for the problems, when checking out they said they would not refund a night but give points? Where are the points?

Terrible. Was in a room right above electrical generator that was so loud in in couldn’t sleep.

Room was good because I had had total knee replacement surgery. It has bars in the shower and where toilet was. Room was clean.

I was right above their generator? Or, whatever generated their electricity. When I tried to sleep, the noise was so loud, I couldn’t sleep. It was room 212. I told manager at 4:00 am because I went outside to see what was making the noise beneath me, and it said electrical. Went back in, told the manager I couldn’t sleep. She said, “We could move you to a new room”. I said, “I have to get up at 6:00 am, by the time I pack my stuff up and move, it will be 6:00 am. I said, “I want to be reimbursed for my stay. I didn’t sleep”. She said, “I can’t do that but I can offer you a free stay here for in the future”. I said, “Alright, that will have to do”. I gave her my email address, but have yet to see the free stay.

Pleasant

The employees were kind and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast, internet and parking were included in the room price what is great.

There is no electric car charging station in the hotel. We had to drive about 20 min to find a charging station that was working. There is no restaurant at the hotel or close by. It was awful specially to my young kids to go to bed without a meal after an international flight. That was the biggest disappoint of this hotel. The breakfast was ok for me but not so much for my vegetarian family.

Overall we had a good time staying here

We loved how convenient the location was for us since it was so close to the wedding we were attending. It was clean and very nice

The breakfast could be a lot better and we wished would have been given all the info when we checked in. We didn’t realize we had to request for our room to be cleaned early in the morning. The hotel shows they have a restaurant with a 24/7 menu it was advertised in our room when we went down stairs the kitchen was closed .

No soap for hands they were out , the people above our floor all day and night were jumping and running I called front desk they never did anything about it we didn’t sleep all night

Overall it was good

It was very clean, liked that it was pet friendly because our fur baby came along. The breakfast was very good

The only thing I didn’t like was that my husband called ahead of time to ask if they charges extra for pets and they gave him an amount over the phone. We decided to bring our fur baby along. When I checked in it was a whole different amount and they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to pay it because I couldn’t drive back 6 hours to leave him back home. That was very upsetting and frustrating.

Good Hotel close to Lego Land

Close proximity to Lego Land. Decent size rooms with good shower. Nice outdoor pool to enjoy after a hectic day in Lego Land.

The amenities like the pool and free parking. service was fantastic!

The beds weren’t as comfy as I had hoped for the value and the pillows were quite lumpy and small.

the location was a good place, the rooms where clean, the breakfast was delicious, the parking wasn’t hard to find and it felt comfortable.

I didn’t like that they didn’t give me information when I first checked in, wanted to call the front desk didn’t have an extension.

Customer's needs were not met, not quite a pleasant experience.

some front-desks were friendly and attentive, one even helped my kiddo to print out a rush paper for his last-minute check-in, while one lady was not helpful at all.

the breakfast is below the average; and that front-desk lady I mentioned above refused to help me to check out while I lost my DL and needed to back my room again to get my luggage out, neither was she willing to offer any other mindful alternatives for ID verification purpose, just said there was their policy ;)
