Met our needs

Breakfast room, good coffee, nice beds.

We had a late 10pm checkin. The two ladies at the desk never looked up, made eye contact, smiled or greeted us in any way while we stood waiting to check in. Not welcoming. Somewhat industrial area. Building separation awkward. Our room was in the last building and felt remote.

Great place and location.

Property was convenient and close to SFO airport. Staff was great to help with check-in, any questions and any problems. This was both the front counter staff, but also the maintenance staff when I had a door issue. My pet was happy there and was able to take her for a walk. Breakfast was good

Great breakfast, friendly front desk staff

Rude / aggressive shuttle drivers. Also, we were put in a room in the second building which was very hard to get to as it was way in the back and we had to struggle with our suitcases to get across railway tracks etc. Then when we got there, there was no wifi in the rooms, so we called the front desk and they said to gather our suitcases again and haul them all the way back to a room in the first building. The room we were moved to did have wife, but the front desk staff should never have sent us all the way to the back knowing that we had no car and had to move all our luggage by ourselves.

Good transit hotel, but avoid the North Building

This is an overnight transit hotel with a shuttle to and from the airport with basic chain hotel breakfast, reasonable value for the area. I had previously stayed in the main build but this time got the North building.

If you plan to use the shuttle to go to the hotel from San Fransco Airport the pickup point is easy to find outside the terminal, there is no displayed schedule and there is no use calling the hotel to check. There is an anti ring phone at the shuttle shelter which indicates to dial 18 for La Quinta, but it goes to a differnet hotel. If you ring the hotel direct you will message bank, I tried 3 times over 15 minutes, but finally the shuttle arrived after a 30 minute wait, leaveing to go to the airport is fine. If you are in the North building you have to walk over the railway cross which seperates the main building from the North building (picture attached), don't worry about the homeless under the bridge, they seem harmless during the day, but not certain at night. Note: on the other side of the hotel is a main rail line so bring ear plugs because if your room faces the tracks you are about 20m from the trains and you do hear them.

Kindness personal, bedrooms clean and comfortable!

You have to pay attention to the breakfast area, providing food once it is finished. I like the potatoes that you served, there were just a few when I got my meal and nobody was paying attention to that.

They blocked $50, for deposit (security). It takes until 5 days to get my money back. Ridiculous.

Good location to explore San Francisco

Very clean and comfortable bed. The location is close to the airport with free shuttle. We did San Francisco from there. We got to the airport by the shuttle and from there we took the BART to San Francisco downtown. Easy going. The surrounding area was very safe and there is a Denny's next door. Breakfast was good. You could even make waffles by yourself.

Having problems to deal with booking.com reservations.

The hotel is clean and makes positive impression.

The staff is totally unprofessional - they couldn't locate my second room reservation although we were charged for both rooms. I've heard that I should contact booking.com to resolve the issue. Afte longer waiting time, some supervisor managed to cover for the reception staff and it turned out that everything was ok on our end. Haven't heard any appologise at the end of the day. Breakfast was a disaster - no real selection of fruits and vegetables, scrambled eggs were terrible and there was no real option for gluten-free person. The hotel also has no locker/storage where you could leave your luggage, once you left the room.

The walls and floors were dirty. It looked like someone spilled blood or goopy stuff and no one cleaned it or wiped it off. Every wall had some kind of stain on it.

Clerk at time of check in was rude and not helpful at all.

There was no remote for the TV in my room when I arrived at around 7:00. I called the front desk and asked for one, the clerk was rude and said that the handyman was gone for the day and she couldn't just get me a remote and couldn't be bothered to look for one because she was the only person working the front desk. I told her that I would need to move rooms if they couldn't get one. She said she would call me if she figured out how to get one (which she never did) and quickly hung up on me. Later that night I went to the front desk and there was a different clerk working who was kind and when I asked about a remote she reached over and grabbed one that was located on a shelf by the front desk and handed it to me. The clerk that was working when I checked in was horrible and rude (should not be working in customer service) but the clerk that was working the front desk later that night was helpful and kind. There was also no soap only shampoo and conditioner.

Excellent breakfast for the room rate.Large room and bed.Ample parking.

Two of the lights innthe room didn't work- the bulbs had gone.Why don't the cleaners test these things? Also,the water from the tap ( faucet) in the bathroom was just a dribble.

not much. the staff was pleasant and it was close to the airport

it was not clean, it was noisy, the bed was not very comfy. I had a poor test before having to get up early for a flight
