Great location, amazing staff

The staff was super nice. We are vegetarians and got an amazing breakfast adjusted to us. The location couldn’t be better.

It was cold during the night despite the heating on (february) The shower leaked a little bit and the walls were apparently damaged by moisture.

The location is very good but the hotel and the food were disappointing

The hotel is close to the sea and has got a nice beach. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly. The hotel facilities , the decoration of the reception and the restaurant is more like that of a hostel.

Except the salad the food was tasteless and of poor quality and the breakfast was very basic.

A nice quiet stay in a pleasant hotel.

The room: clean and modern; good, modern shower room; excellent shower. Breakfast/dinner: breakfast satisfactory with cheese/fruit/boiled egg (no menu, choice, buffet). meat/fish/chicken dishes cooked quite well. Grounds: lovely patios, eating & drinking areas; nice beach; plenty of sun beds; beautiful clear sea water.

Staff had dogs which were a nuisance at times. Only 1 bedside lamp worked, despite a request to put this right; no hot water for shower one morning; no milk provided with the tea/coffee making facilities and the fridge only worked when in the room with key card in the slot. Lunch and dinner menu very limited with same 5 appetisers served with whatever basic dish you ordered.

Nice place to stay, amazing location.

Amazing location within a short drive of the most northerly point on the Island and of course the donkeys ! Beach front location is stunning. Nice and clean, friendly staff.

While the breakfast is typically Turkish, it lacked the choice found at other hotels, lack of fresh fruits and yoghurts?

Fantastic beach vacation

The location was great. It was clean and well air conditioned. Staff was helpful and friendly. It has one of the best beaches in Karpaz area.

The food menu could have been better. The great foods they have should have been highlighted better. They do excellent fish but that is not highlighted on the menu well. Stay away from the schnitzel.

The staff and the location was great.Close to Dikarpaz and beaches on the Karpaz Food n the evening was lovely

Sea is remarkable but the service is awful.

The sea and localization of the hotel is wonderful. It is a very quiet and nice place fro holiday.

The service was not professional. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was not satisfied. WIFI did not worked in the rooms and very poor at public area. The bad and breakfast charges are similar to five star all included hotels in Kyrenia region. The facility should be renewed and should provide more qualified service for this price.

The worst hotel I ever stayed

Almost nothing..

We came around 6 pm and they didn't ask for any documentation, gave us a room key. Then we ordered dinner which was a big mistake. The fish and the chicken were horrible. The breakfast was funny even a child cannot get be ful. The quality of the breakfast was also very bad. They also charge us more and realized that they gave us wrong number too. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Disappointing presentation of a fantastic location. Needs strong management to turn it around

The location and hotel building was first class but the beach restaurant was old and lets down the new hotel design and finish.

All staff were from "overseas" with little skill, not much enthusiasm and a significant absence of practical hotel training. The menu was basic and cut down, the food was bland, frozen and heated up or "shake and Bake." No evidence of culinary expertise at any level.

Livana Hotel is built with style and taste it blends in with the landscape which makes it even more attractive. The family atmosphere is totally invclusive , food is home cooking and delicious, . The beach is real sand and getting in the water is very easy, a real jewel .

The best choice for a stay in Karpaz.

The best choice, I could have made in Karpaz! It is a family run hotel. With a lot of love. Brand new. So clean, you can't believe. Right on the beach, which is amazing. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Amazing restaurant, with delicious meals. The bed is so comfortable... And there are a lot of parking spaces :) Beautiful garden. Near to the golden beach. Quiet. Amazing sunrise. Don't hesitate to book, now ;) :) Ask for a pink drink at the bar ;) :) The place is as beautiful as on the pics!

I can't tell you anything, I didn't like.

Very relaxing and would have loved to stay longer

Rooms are lovely, very nicely finished and clean. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The restaurant on the sea front is stunning and the food I had (mixed grill) was delicious. Continental style breakfast was good but no cooked breakfast. Friendly staff and good service.
