Abbiamo soggiornato in questa abitazione la prima settimana di settembre e ci ha sorpreso positivamente. Il residence al suo interno è ben curato, dotato di sbarre per entrare, piscina con bar e parcheggio auto. La struttura è ottima, disposta su 2 piani con 2 bagni e una zona giorno grandissima, inoltre si può mangiare fuori in veranda, TOP. Ci sono 3 clima, uno in zona giorno e 1 per camera (camere che sono ampie per essere un appartamento/casa da mare). Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da Malama Beach e in zona ci sono diversi ristoranti e una gelateria. E' consigliatissima per le famiglie, meno per i giovani che amano la movida.
L'unica critica che devo fare, e per quello non ho messo 10/10, è per la pressione dell'acqua, nonostante ci sia un interruttore con scritto "pressione acqua" che sia acceso o spento non cambia nulla. Per togliere bene la sabbia con la poca pressione si dovevano fare lunghe docce. Dettagli che si possono migliorare ma che non cambiano il giudizio positivo.

Szép, tiszta ház. Teljesen felszerelt. Van egy úszásra is használható medence. Közelben van egy szép strand, sokáig nyitvatartó boltok, gyógyszertár, éttermek, pékség, stb...

There is a pool and a gym on the territory. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It takes 10 minutes to the beach. It was quiet. There is air-conditioning in each room
There were no instructions how to run air-conditioning on the first day. Wifi was poor most of the time.

The location was very good
The house was not clean when we arrived ( and we arrived late around 16:00), the toilets were very dirty and we called the property manager. Even though the property manager responded very quickly and sent the cleaners , we were not sure about the hygiene of the place. The bedsheets had stains . The backyard was not clean either and terrible smell from the sewage next to the house .
