Lovely hotel with exceptional breakfast!

Such a cute place! I stayed in one of the striped houses and it was like having my own little house. Wifi was exceptional, the room was very clean, the location is great, staff was lovely. The best thing each day was waking up to the homemade breakfast, such a treat! Will stay again for sure!

Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, on a walking distance to downtown, clean and cozy room located in a 200-year old traditional house

Not very spacious bathroom, but it’s logical since the building is really old (but well-maintained)

Beautiful traditional house and lovely owner

Very traditional Turkish house, beautifully restored. The owner, Serdan, was so helpful, picking us up from the airport after our flight was very late and helping us get to the port. We just wished we had a little more time to enjoy it and Cesme.

It might be a little noisy because it’s an old house, but this didn’t bother us.

It was great experince.

It was really good hospitality by the owner of Otel Serdar bey. He was so kind, helpful, and talkative person. The breakfast was delicious I highly suggest this otel for everyone.

Not recommended!

if you look at it in details it was pretty horrible. The bed was not cleaned, you could easily see human hair on it. Bed sheet was small that is why it always slipped and you constantly wake up at night and find yourself sleeping on the bed itself. bathroom was not cleaned at all. toilet seat was in a horrible condition. just turn on your phones light and take a closer look :( shower ground was not correctly angled as a reason you find yourself showering in a puddle and i guess i have a foot fungus because of that. breakfast was average. also since it is a „historical“ hotel dont expect sound isolation at the room door or windows!

Wonderful Cesme stay!

Wonderful host, so kind and helpful! Comfortable, beautiful room in old stone house. Pleasant decor fits the space. Delicious, generous breakfast in the garden. Nice sized room.

Exceptional

The main thing about this place is that you are a guest of a decent and honest host. location is close to everything. It is always possible to park the car nearby. During the night it is always quiet. Breakfast is always home made.

Home away from home 💙

The people who run the place are very friendly and kind especially Mr. Sardar ( special thanks to his kindness and warm welcoming and warm hospitality) .. the breakfast was 100% homemade and so delicious and huge variety and everyday they add a special dish that is more delicious than the day before.. the place has beautiful artistic details that add a warm feeling to the stay .. and the location is super as it is just few minutes walking to the main attractions and most importantly the sea .. we enjoyed our stay and we will for sure comeback to this beautiful boutique hotel with that warm little red windows and doors.

Strongly recommend

Great host! Great building: authentic 200+ years old house with massive stone walls - we felt a 7-magnitude earthquake here just like a train ride. Tasty breakfast, good wifi, good location - strongly recommend

Authentic house to stay in

Owner is very nice and helpful. Room is well-decorated and authentic. Many spots to park the car around. Close to the main road but the same time to the centre of the city. Breakfast is just the best! In general i would definitely recommend Marissa to stay for 2-3 nights

The stairs to 2nd floor are very steep. If you have a heavy luggage it may be difficult. But it is only one room at the 2nd floor then it is not important to most guests. The bathroom is very small. The key from the door is awful, I spent every time like 5 min to find out how to do it. Not every day cleaning if it is important to you.

The greatest place in Cesme!

Great hotel! The host is very nice and helpful. Great Internet connection. The breakfast was amazing - delicious with a variety of local products and with no limit. The rooms are clean and fully equiped with air condition, little fridge and TV. There is a great little garden that you can spend as much time as you want. The location of the hotel is very comfortable - in a quiet area but very close to the main street of Cesme. The staff is very helpful and they are 24/7 at the hotel so you can ask for everything anytime. I highly recommend this place!
