Es war schön, würde jeder Zeit wiederkommen :)

Das Zimmer war richtig schön. Auf 3 Etagen aufgeteilt, hatten wir eine kleine Küche mit Esstisch, eine in der mittleren Ebene liegenden Chillmöglichkeit und das Bett mit großer Dusche und Toilette im oberen Bereich. Es wurde täglich aufgeräumt und das Personal an der Reception konnte gut Englisch. Im großen und ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage von Hotel ist je nach dem was man machen will ganz gut, da ich freunde in Putuo District besucht habe, war es perfekt. Der U-Bahneingang (Eingang 4) ist keine 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, sodass man schnell in die Innenstadt kommen kann.

Es war im Grunde alles Ok, was mich jedoch ein bisschen gestört hat, war die Tatsache, dass wir die Balkontür nicht komplett aufmachen konnten und die 3te Stufe in unserem Zimmer 1809 etwas gewackelt hat... Zudem hat die Putzfrau einmal die Medikamente von meiner Freundin weggeworfen, sodass wir welche vor Ort nachbestellen mussten. PS: Nachtrag.. Meine Freundin meinte das sie schuld war für des Wegwerfen von der Medizin :D Sie hatte eine fast leere Verpackung neben anderen leeren Wasserflaschen und anderem Müll gelegt... Somit hat die Putzfrau nur ihren Job gemacht :D .. zudem wurde bei Nachfrage nochmal danach gesucht... somit nichts zu bemängeln Außer verschlossene Tür und eine Stufe :)

Pleasant staff, exterior looks good, loft is good, separates the 2 beds.

WIFI is totally unreliable. Technicals was not useful. Room dated, no table to put luggage, no closet to put clothes on 1st floor.

地下鉄の駅から近い。近くに安いマッサージ店とコンビニがあり便利。

部屋の階段などは意外と危ないかもと思い注意した。見た目はよろしい。

因為地點不錯,所以是第二次入住。不然這種上下層的房型對商務客來說是有點浪費了。

離地點站近,附近也有便利商店房間上下層,空間是蠻大的,適合全家人的旅遊

出租車師傅說,這酒店的招牌不好找

Best hotel expereince

LOVE the hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is more like a condo with everything inside. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 with tub, kitchen, living room with sofa and a basement with huge empty space to do some fun activities + bookshelf and working desk. The kitchen is a full kitchen with stove and everything. They even have plates and all utensils and even microwave so you can do anything here. It looks more like airbnb but it’s a 4 star hotel that has housekeeping and 24 hrs front desk. The price is VERY CHEAP compared to what we got. The staff are very helpful. Only 1-2 staffs can speak little English but the rest of them still super helpful with google translate. The location is the best. Got minimart + restaurants + hey tea + starbucks very very next door. The mrt is also very close. We love it here with the price we paid. We would definitely come back.

Only downside is probably one small bedroom AC is not as strong as the main bedroom and my husband sleeps like he is in the north pole so the staff has to bring big fan to help make the room as cold as the other room. Eventually we moved the mattress to the other room to sleep together cause it’s still colder there. but if you normally don’t sleep in very cold temperature then it is fine. All the rooms are fine.

The location is very convenient from where you can chose the public transportation . There is a supermarket people can buy the most daily product. also there are lots of food court and restaurants nearby, different cushion, you can have multiple option. The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the staff are very helpful.

No cutting board in kitchen supplies.:)

Horrible services and extremely inexperienced staff

The hotel's location is not bad -- proximity to the subway stations etc, and the facilities (hardware) is decent. But the services are the worst I have ever experienced

Horrible services: None of the three credit card processing stations worked when I checked in and none worked when I checked out -- not for credit cards issued offshore nor by domestic bank in China. Yet, for reasons beyond the staff's comprehension, I was charged twice. The staff at the check-in desk first refused to acknowledge the over-charge until I confronted them with evidences from the credit card companies. But the hotel staff did not know how to refund me for the over charged portion, which is incredible. One of the staff in particular -- whose name is William -- had this awful attitude and was extremely rude in his words and manner. I would not recommend anyone for this hotel. In my 32 years traveling to China, this is absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had.

Great price, good location and excellent services.

Room - is comfy and neat for business traveler. Have washing machine which is very convenient for long stays. Location - is very convenient with Line 7 train station nearby and surrounded by supermarket, eateries and shops. Clean - Daily housekeeping cleaning which is great. Staffs - Friendly, helpful and excellent services.

The only thing I dislike is the pillow. The pillow is quite flat and soft compare to other International brand of hotels that I normally stayed.

Cosy 2-storey apartment, which a few might find small as each floor area isn't huge but is just nice for 2 persons. There is actually a huge food court underneath the apartment, but is accessible for an escalator outside the building not too far away.

The location is abit far away from the centre, and one needs to change station at a particular stop, but is not a big issue since the metro station is only 3 minutes away.

Really worthy it!

The place where the hotel is localized is really great. The breakfest was a perfect combination between eastern and western food and the employees are nice.

The internet wasn't working that well, because we were using VPN

Most helpful staff

A big problem ,,, the bank did not accept to exchange our money with our Iranian passport because of the sanctions, we could solve the problem with the help of kind Linda and Kelly so we should thank these two hotel staff.... Location was great , many supermarkets near , metro station was very close ,, mcdonald , burger king , subway , and many local restaurants in 2 minutes, rooms were very clean and the hotel was worth the money.
