Quiet resort right on the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast.

We had an apartment 10 meters from the beach front. Very nice garden behind the apartment. Very tasty and varied, homemade breakfast. Extremely polite and responsive staff. At the time of our stay we were alone in the entire resort

The beach in front of the apartment was terminated by a protective stone wall against the influence of the waves, which was not good from the point of view of the visitor's perception of the beach. Another negative was the 3 wooden huts standing in the water and the crayfish pots around them. Also, when entering the water, one had to be careful of the rocks that were here and there in the sand.

Beautiful resort in a remote location

The resort has an amazing remote location and the view from the rooms at the beach is just stunning. The beds were most comfy and the style of the rooms is nice an cosy. The staff was wonderful and always helpful. They arranged the scooter rental as well as airport transfer. The food was tasty and the breakfast choices are more than sufficient.

Initially we thought that there is a “real” beach in front of the rooms - however it is an embankment with some stairs. Still beautiful The areal (between bungalows and main building) could have some clean-up / refurbishment but they are already busy with it

Great hotel for a cosy-comfy stay.

One of my best hotel in Vietnam ! The location is perfect for avoiding the tourist crowd but you can still meet people around if you want. I don't see flaws, everything was really good : cleanliness, restaurant, bar, private beach, tours...It's not a resort so you really have this warm feeling when you arrive. The staff was very professional and with a high sense of customer service, that was really pleasant. Keep doing well !

The location is quite remote, but that's what I was looking, and you can do everything with a taxi. And maybe give a new life to your gym.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay and were welcomed by very helpful and kind people. The owners and the other staff always took their time for help and recommendation. The location itself is quiet and gives the chance to spend some relaxing days. If you want to escape the partly busy/noisy parts of Phu Quoc, I would recommend this resort for taking some days off and enjoying yourself including the good restaurant. You can even easily make some trips around the north of the island.

Charming hotel for perfectly relaxing holidays

Our time at Peppercorn Beach Resort was simply amazing. The staff was exceptional. Whenever something needed to be organized the team was there to find a solution that made our vacation on Phu Quoc. Peppercorn is a charming place that makes you immediately feeling home and that invites you to relaxe. Breakfast, coffees of different kinds, juices, fruits and daily (different) Vietnamese meals were always so yummy and delicious. Pool and beach are clean and invite you to chill as well. The rooms and the entire property are really clean. It was simply sad to say goodbye. We would have loved to stay even longer. Perfect place to recharge and relaxe.

Fabulous

Our stay at Peppercorn Beach was fabulous! We were looking for a place different from the big hotel chains that are identical from one country to another. We were looking for a change of scenery, the human, Zen, the sound of the waves, nature, a scent of Paradise. And we found this place, at Peppercorn Beach. With an attentive team that met our expectations and much more, a magnificent site with a view of the sea and the coasts of Cambodia, culinary discoveries (we now know how to make spring rolls!)… Thanks again to our hosts for these few days. We have adored !

Relaxing and really exemplary service

We had a lovely welcome with a cold drink whilst everything was explained to us. Food was really good, tasty and fresh. Breakfast was endless and fantastic. I enjoyed having a guitar to play. My boys loved the pool, kayaks and snorkelling. We loved the calmness and the complimentary drink at 4pm.

Get away from it all!

This is a lovely place to come for a bit of peace and quiet. Little things about this resort add to the experience. The staff are not only friendly, a given in Vietnam, but efficiennt. A small library [with videos for those who prefer them] was most welcome. Unlimited free drinking water is provided - unique in my experience in Vietnam! The restaurant/bar is very good with sufficient choice of both Vietnamese and Western food offered each day. Someone had also spent a lot of time preparing excellent music tapes. Thank you! The water is warm and clean and shallow for some distance, making it very safe. There is also a beautiful little pool, which I didn't use as I prefer the sea, but it is very suitable for kids, who can be supervised from the overlooking bar. The WIFI was fine.

There was nothing I didn't like about this resort. The solar heated shower however, was difficult to control in terms of regular temperature.

Best place i've ever been

This resort has great breakfast view (toward the swimming pool and the beach). Besides, the villa is just few meters from the sea shore. Staff was really nice and cute. Breakfast was awesome with pancakes and fresh fruits. And they have the kayaking thing also (include in the proce of course) Me and my folks had great time there. Definitely come back soon

Paradise in Phu Quoc

Everything was perfect. The food was amazing, the room big, comfortable and with the great ocean view. The staff really friendly. The kayaks, bycicles snorkeling goggle for free. The water was crystal clear and warm. I'll come back for sure. Thank you.

The only thing that didn't work well was the wi-fi. But anyway it's the best place to disconnect and enjoy the moment.

Excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at peppercorn resort. Everything was perfect. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and cozy. All territory is clean. They have snorkels, boats and bicycles for free use which was very useful. There are also very cute little dogs. The place is very quiet and far from the city, but on the other hand, there is small village close to the resort and also they have a free transfer to the city (~30min drive)

The wifi in the room was very poor quality.

Highly recommendable to those looking for a quiet holiday destination!

- Staff at the "reception" and "bell service" were very caring, hospitable and professional! Particularly, I was touched with a staff called "Phat" - Its isolate location and nice beach - Free bicycle rental service - Food at the on-site restaurant was yum!

- No recommendable restaurant or supermarket nearby
