Not a sure stay!

Gut funktionierende Heizung und Dusche.

Das Zimmer war sehr laut. Es wurde nichts unternommen um die nächtlichen Ruhestörungen zu unterbinden. Das Frühstücksangebot wurde nicht ergänzt.

Bad experience

Close to Frwy and restaurants Not my first time here at this property

Most of my clothes got wet when I woke up early and it was raining and there was a leak in the room and keep hearing that uncomfortable noise of water dropping all morning

Room actually better than expected once we got inside.

Room was nice and bed was very comfortable.

Location was a bit sketchy. Had to do registration through window as front doors locked after 8pm. Not very welcoming. Breakfast was pretty minimal.

Less than satisfying, especially for the price.

Nice staff

Bad location, unsafe rooms that werent the cleanest. Door was broken in our first room, along with window. Both could be opened from the outside. Hair in the beds and furniture extremely dirty and stained. When brought attention to the staff that we would like to change our room due to these issues, she was nice. She asked if we touched anything in the room, and we told her we undid the beds and that’s where we found the hair. She was extremely upset and shocked we undid the bed and said now they had to go remake it. She switched our room. We seen someone else staying in the first room before we left. Second room we stayed was okay. Just old and dirty with hard beds and pillows. Not worth the price, would expect this to be $40 a night.

For the price & convenience I would book again.

The location is within walking distance to food, gas station & mini store. The beds were very comfy & the young man was kind enough to put our rooms together.

Party of 10+. The young man who helped check us is was very kind, but when we were in our rooms and I realized I will need another due to max occupancy, I called the front desk to check avail for another room & an older voice with a scolding tone yes! U will need it because all your kids look older than 12 we can see on cameras! I asked him politely to check his tone & when I went back to office to do another room, a sweet woman helped us & the wizard remained hidden behind the curtain.

Would have been nice to not get told my kids could not stop by and visit.

The allow no visitors with it 10 minutes of my kids stopping by to say hi they called my room And asked how many people I had in my Room. Nothing was posted about pool spa hours we went to go sit in at 9 or so at night and promptly were told to get out which is fine they have rules but should have it posted. Also charged me a 100 deposit and said it would be returned at checkout still have not gotten it back.

Good stay!

Check in lady was great! Came in late, after 10PM.......Hotel is close to freeway and restaurants are within walking distance.

Limited parking. This hotel is priced over value of the property and condition of the rooms.

Double charged!!

Close to my dying father's residence (he died about 1130pm 3/7)

Double charged via Booking.com (once) and on check in at hotel's front desk(once)I was told by Shrey that he himself would 'take care of it') Still no resolution Very bad water stains on ceiling, smoke detector absent from its base,severely cracked bathroom tile of floor with embedded dirt, hard wired phone in room did not work at all (as in 'dead') All photos below are water stains on ceiling , smoke detector missing) No photo of bathroom tile or non- functioning phone
