Located in Port Aransas, this charming house for $1,500 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. “Beauty & the Beach” is a 6 bedroom beach front home with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and beach. This home has two large balconies facing the beach and many large picture windows that make it easy to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ocean views. The home is located in the charming Banyan Beach neighborhood and comfortably sleeps 16 people. It is uniquely situated next to one of the shortest boardwalks to the beach, making beach access incredibly quick and convenient. With a large living area, separate game room, 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths, a large beautifully appointed kitchen, a second kitchenette, vaulted ceilings, large decks and windows with gorgeous ocean views, and an elevator, you will enjoy beach front living that is second to none. This elegant beach home is located in town where the beach area is protected with wooden posts called bollards that keep motor vehicles far from the shore. This provides large protected beach areas where beach goers can relax and play on the beach. Unlike other accommodations that have to deal with the traffic in and out of town, this house is nestled in the heart of Port Aransas making the local restaurants and shops accessible by golf cart, bicycle or walking. Located adjacent to the private Banyan Beach neighborhood boardwalk, this house boasts the shortest walk to the beach of any comparable home in Port Aransas. The lovely Banyan Beach neighborhood also has a private swimming pool for your enjoyment as well. The gorgeous third floor living area has vaulted natural pine ceilings, beautiful picture windows and is decorated in an elegant coastal style. You can enjoy dining or just relaxing on the large third floor balcony which has some of the best views in Port Aransas. The kitchen is well equipped with a commercial grade 6 burner range top with stainless steel vent hood, double ovens, high-end dishwasher, microwave and large stainless steel refrigerator. The dining table and island seat 16 with additional seating on the balcony for outdoor dining. The second floor has 4 bedrooms each with private bathrooms. All are decorated with rest and relaxation in mind. Three of the second floor bedrooms have king size beds, with flat screen TVs, and wireless internet, and two of those king bedrooms have large decks with comfortable deck furniture designed for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean and beach views. Each of these three bedrooms has its own private bathroom (2 with private commodes), granite countertops and frameless glass showers. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a master bathtub. The fourth bedroom on the second floor is a nautical themed bunk room with two sets of built-in bunk-beds, flat screen TV, and wireless internet. The bunks are extra-long twins perfect for children, teens or adults. This bedroom also has a private bath with double sinks, private commode, granite countertops and shower/tub combo. The first floor holds the second living area as well as two additional bedrooms. The living area is ready for fun with a foosball table, shuffleboard table, large sectional sofa and flat screen TV. This area also has a kitchenette with a stainless steel refrigerator, bar sink, cabinets, and microwave, so drinks and popcorn are always on hand for movies and game-time. The first bedroom consists of a king bed with flat screen TV, and wireless internet. The second is a bright beach themed bunk room with built-in extra-long twin bunk beds, offering a flat screen TV, and wireless internet as well. These two bedrooms share a unique bathroom that has a private changing and shower area. This bathroom also has a private commode, double sink and granite countertop. There is a laundry room on the first floor as well. This three-story home has an elevator available. We have recently added an EV Charging Station in the garage so you can charge your vehicle while relaxing on the beach! Great location, great house! A group of 12 family members stayed and enjoyed every moment. House has plenty of space, with a nice TV/games room on the bottom floor - easy access to the beach from there too. Can't fault anything about the house.

We had an amazing time and the beach house was amazing! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the beach access via the boardwalk. We've stayed at other properties in Port Aransas, but this was by far the best. Lauri, our host was fantastic and answered all questions promptly. We will definitely be back next year!

Fantastic stay in Port A at Beauty & the Beach. The beds are comfortable and the house well appointed. The beach available from the boardwalk is stunning and makes for a perfect way to start (or end, or middle) the day.

We are 4 adult couples who rented this house for 3 nights. We had an awesome stay: there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms so that each couple had their own. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the house has large windows facing the beach so we were able to watch amazing sun rises! Our visit was perfect, so thank you Lauri for being the perfect host, and I hope we can return!

This house is amazing! Went with 6 other couples and everyone had there own bedroom and bathroom. Lots of space and huge kitchen. You can sit out on the deck overlooking the beach or you have a walkway straight to the beach right beside the house. Super clean! And owner is very nice - quickly responded to every question we had. Would highly recommend- we will be going back for sure.

This was a party of 8 and the house was everything we expected. It was an awesome place and the view was amazing. It's the place to stay if you have a large group of people. Will have been coming to Port Aransas for 5 years and this is the best place we have stayed at.

This condo made it so convenient for us all. We celebrated my Sister's retirement and everyone was so comfortable having the space and walking distance to the shore. Communication with Laurie was great. She responded and delivered. We will definitely plane on staying there in the near future.

I'm a first time VRBO user. As a result of how well this went, I'd do it again.
We were celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary and wanted to do it with our family. The setup here provided plenty of room for all 3 families to have their own space as well as that beautiful 3rd floor shared space. We had many meals at that table with room for all. And finally, location, location! Close to beach and the amenities of Port A. We ate fish we had caught as well as fish and shrimp from the local vendors, walked the beach, collected shells, built sandcastles, swam in the ocean and pools, rented a golf cart, sampled some meals at the local restaurants and had a few late night card games. Best of all, created some great memories while leaving the snow and cold of Minnesota behind for a week!

Amazing views and an amazing host. Answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Couldn’t ask for a better location with the boardwalk right out the door. There was more than enough room for our family of 11. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will return 100% when we come back to Texas.

The sleeping quarters were all very good. 2 have a beautiful view of the beach. The one on the bottom level is open to dunes. The kids bunk bedrooms were perfect!

It was an enjoyable family stay and the owners were so kind and compassionate as well as responsive with any questions. The beach access was amazing and the views were spectacular even if raining.

The trip was great. The accommodations were great for our family. Each adult family had their own bedroom and bath which was great. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and had their own bedroom and bath. We all loved the dual kitchen/refrigerators accomodations. The views of the beach from the top floor and patios were great. We also loved the short walk to the beach. Our family really loved the accommodations and hope to be back soon!

This place is wonderful. We had less than perfect weather the week we were there but the view from all the rooms was like you were sitting on the beach itself. The setup of each and every room was perfect. The communication with the hosts was the best we have ever had in our VRBO experience. We had a couple issues but the hosts took care of it immediately. We will definately be booking again in the near future.

The location is perfect for the beach and pool. The house has a large living area for a family to play games together, cook and eat together, or just enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean.

Overall the house is in the perfect location - the great room upstairs has a beautiful view and the beach access is hard to beat. The house fit our family comfortably. We had a check in issue related to the housekeeping but Lauri was super responsive and worked right away to get it fixed. The house wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped but my guess is that is related to the scheduling issue we encountered so I would think we would not have this issue in the future. We’d definitely come back for another visit with our kids!

Loved the view and close proximity to the beach. The six bedrooms and 8 baths provided the privacy and comfort our family needed. Enjoyed the great room for meals and games. We will definitely return to this beautiful property!
