Situated in Avalon, this charming house for $1,700 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This beautiful bayfront townhome with pool, jacuzzi, cabana and two (2) boats slips has everything you could want for a summer vacation. The home has five (5) bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is located on 25th Street & Ocean Drive where you can easily park your car for the week and walk or bike everywhere. The outside entertaining space truly makes you feel like you are at a resort. There are four (4) decks. Lower deck offers a picnic table that seats ten (10). The second deck off the bedroom/family room has a large sofa to relax. The third floor deck is off the living/kitchen area and allows for an outdoor dining table that seats six (6). The Master Bedroom deck offers two (2) comfortable chairs with ottomans to relax and read a book or enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. The interior has four (4) stunning marble tiled bathrooms. There are four bedrooms with beds which include a king, queen, two (2) full beds and two (2) twins plus a trundle. The fifth bedroom is used as an additional family room with a queen sleeper sofa. The home has many high-end finishes which include tankless hot water heaters, luxurious outside shower that includes a bathroom, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, brazilian walnut decking, brazilian cherry hardwood floors and high-end bath fixtures. The house comes with two (3) 55" Sony 4D HD TV's, Wireless Internet and integrated sound system with speakers in Living room and Pool Area. The outside cabana bar offers four (4) comfortable bar stools, 55" TV and an additional refrigerator/freezer to keep all your food and beverages cold for outside entertaining. There are four (4) lounge chairs, two (2) pub tables and a large sectional sofa around the pool decking. The bayfront includes two (2) deepwater boat slips exclusive to the property. The pool and cabana are exclusive to this unit and NOT shared with the South unit. We provide a kayak and paddle board for your use. Our home is equipped with a Biozone Air Purifier which cleans and purifies air throughout the entire house. Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 10AM. NO GROUPS, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING Three (3) night minimum for Fall/Spring weekends Check for Spring and Fall availability. Pool open first week of May and closes second week in October.
