Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for $330 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This beautiful Marco Island home is 1/3 mile from the beach and the JW Marriott. An easy 5 minute walk. The house features a large, and heated pool with private, large screened lanai. The pool feature salt systems. There is a privacy fence between the pool and the neighbors in the back (hard to find in Marco!!).The home has been completely updated. The large, open kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The home features two living areas. The family room has a 4K Ultra High Definition Smart TV, cable, free high speed internet, DVD player and large built-in bar. Front sitting area is large and bright for relaxing, reading, playing board games or conversation. All the main living areas and kitchen have beautiful travertine floors. The master bedroom has a deluxe king size mattress and has slider from the master bath to the pool and lanai. All the flooring in the 3 bedrooms have been recently updated with gorgeous ceramic tile. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The master bath has new cabinets, double sink, granite and large shower. The Lanai, outside of the house and pool deck were just recently painted. There is a Weber grill for outdoor cooking. Cooler, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagon are all provided for your convenience. Just bring your sunscreen! Please note: 1. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 adults. 2. It is unlawful for a convicted Sex Offender to occupy this residence. 3. Marco Island is really cracking down on excessive noise, especially from short term renters! The City of Marco Island Noise Ordinance (18-104) is in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 4. House was clean, well furnished, and location was amazing. Very short walk to the beach access. We were only there for 3 nights as a pre-stay before getting another house for a month. It was great to have the option to rent for just the three nights rather than a Saturday to Saturday.

Very disappointed in this property. The bed linens smelled as if they hadn't been washed in months. Direct TV went out and no reply from owner. Hot water in master bath was luke warm, at best. Only 5 coffee cups and 4 bowls. Dishwasher had to be run each day.

Great pool, and large place. Poorly equipped. No extra toilet paper, no hand soap in bathrooms, towels smelled moldy, needs to be refreshed and better equipped.

This house was perfect for a friends weekend. It was an easy walk to the beach and they had all the stuff you would need at the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this house.

This was perfect! We stayed here for a wedding we had at the JW Marriott. It was very close and convenient. We particularly liked hanging around the pool, using the pool noodles, and biking all around with the bikes included in the garage. The host was very accommodating for us and everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay in Marco. The house had everything we needed. We rode bikes to watch sunset every night and walked to the beach with the cart and wagon provided for our beach days! There were plenty of beach chairs for all of us and we loved the pop up canopy. The closeness to the beach was wonderful. Pool was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

The trip was me with my grandson, his wife and 2 children. We had a great time at the house. Totally enjoyed the pool. Weather was very hot and humid so some activities were hindered, but with the pool and other activities, we could keep busy and enjoy being there.

We celebrated a 60th birthday in this lovely home. The home is very spacious and perfect for our group of 6 women. The location is just a short stroll to the beach and the house is equipped with everything needed for our beach days. We also loved being so close to the Marriott. While at the beach, we had lunch and drinks at the beach bars! The outdoor space and pool were perfect for late afternoons and evenings. The owner was very attentive and responded promptly to any questions. We would love to stay here again. Marco Island is a special place!!
