Truly a joyful experience from start to finish. Communication was quick, warm and welcoming. This is a very comfortable and safe home away from home with everything needed for work and play, in a peaceful setting that’s walkable to a lot of fun places. The modern amenities in a traditional home are so well done. And off-street parking is a bonus to help make quick trips to downtown, etc. a breeze. We look forward to going back!

This adorable home in Charleston couldn’t have been more perfect for our family and fur baby. From the minute you walk inside, you immediately feel the love and warmth that went into putting this home together to accommodate guests. The beds and pillows couldn’t have been more comfortable and we all slept like a dream. This home was so convenient to everything in Charleston. We will definitely be back to stay here, and would recommend this lovely home to anyone!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Charleston. This was an ideal location to get to different parts of the city and still have a neighborhood feel. The home was the perfect size for us and the attention to detail from decor to functionality did not go unnoticed. Everything from a beautiful kitchen to high-end linens to ample plugs where you need them. The fenced in backyard was great for our pup and the patio was nice to be able to sit and relax. We highly recommend and hope to be back again.

The property was all said it was and even more. My wife absolutely love it. It was a home we would look to buy. The hosts left their numbers to contact them if we needed anything. We didn't bother them. But we'll be back to continue our search. And we'll definitely reach out to them. The property was beautiful.

Amazing location, quite but close to everything; big yard, covered porch, and the place is modern and Uber comfortable. Had a relaxing dinner with 8 guests on porch, followed by a short stroll to a great hand scooped ice cream joint a few blocks away!

A beautiful home in quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. If you prefer to eat at home, you’re in luck, everything you need is there. Open a few cabinet doors, look in a couple of drawers and you’ll find all you need, just supply the food! This home is immaculate with countless amenities. A fenced in yard for your pet (and guests) a large deck with plenty of seating, TV’s wherever you choose to relax (including the deck), music throughout the house (connect your own source via Bluetooth), 5 star hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels... to list just a few. The bathroom is clean beyond expectations and includes shampoo, body wash etc. Owners Mike and Heather are gracious and accommodating and have prepared and equipped their house to assure a pleasant experience. I’m sure I missed something but whatever it is, expect a delightful surprise. Definitely worth more than the five stars the rating system allows.

A quiet neighborhood, and a very nicely appointed home with high-end appliances, thoughtful interior, decorations, and comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend, no reservations.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The home was beautiful and a very short walk to a coffee shop, some lovely restaurants, and a grocery store. The home was perfect and the baby amenities provided were perfect for our 9 month old. Quick drive to downtown Charleston and mount pleasant. Would absolutely love to stay here again!!

My husband and I had a great experience right from the start with the owners and there was nothing we needed to do but enjoy this beautiful home. It was a brick home in an older, tree lined community. For a rental property that accepts dogs - it was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Even though we were close to Savannah Hwy (Rt. 17), The neighborhood overall was quiet and we even enjoyed the hourly bell chimes (which did not ring at nighttime) from the Church across the street. We discovered some nice shops and Antique stores within the Avondale/ Windermere neighborhood. This is the closest we stayed to Charleston and it was such a breeze to drive into Charleston which was only 15 minutes away. While we didn’t take advantage of some of the additional niceties, we were impressed that there was a heated bathroom floor, music surround system inside and out, and an outdoor tv and fire pit. The backyard was such a surprise as it was really huge and fenced which was great for our Bernese Mountain Dog. The weather was comfortable in the high 60’s- 70’s and we enjoyed reading and lounging on the expansive porch and deck.
Would stay here again - even our family who came to visit us were super impressed with the home and yard!

Mike and Heather's rental offers an impressively clean environment with all the necessities when being away from home. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Immaculate. Spacious. Loved the outside deck and sitting area. Yard was perfect for our pups. The home's design features were crisp, with clean lines and noteworthy character- and tastefully decorated. Great location.

This house is in a very convenient location to all that Charleston has to offer. There are several restaurants that you can easily walk to. Our 2 dogs traveled with us and enjoyed the very spacious backyard. The house was clean and comfortable!

What a great house and neighborhood. The house was just as pictured and described. When we weren't out exploring we spent our time on the back deck watching tv, playing cards, eating, and just hanging out. We walked to a couple of restaurants and shops that were very close. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location is very convenient. Not far from anything you want to explore. Property was perfect for for our Lab to run around and play. Nice neighborhood. House was clean. Mike and Heather were great to deal with. They put my mind at ease since my wife and I were driving from Michigan to Charleston just a couple days after tropical storm Ian hit the coast. They updated me about what was going on and it was truly appreciated. Overall good experience. Charleston was great and so was this property.

This was our first visit to Charleston and we were very happy with our house choice. The location was perfect as we were a quick ride to all the different areas we wanted to check out. We really couldn't believe how close we were to downtown, but then we could go back to our quiet house and back deck to enjoy takeout and just relax after a big day of exploring.
