Feel the Greecian villagehood

The location and house are beautiful. Lovely garden with different types of trees, many flowers. Very relaxing atmosphere. Drakeia is a very small village with a supermarket, bakery, restaurant and cafe. From here you can drive in ~1-1.5hrs to lovely beaches and other small villages. Zagora square is nice with 5 old trees, then down to the beach over there, beautiful to lounge. Roads are an endeavour to ride, many many curves, but doable.

It would be an asset if owners invest in some relaxing outdoor chairs/loungers. They have one hammock, which is lovely and relaxing.

Delightful Cottage. Delightful Family. Delightful Area

The cottage is delightful. It is set in a large interesting garden, super clean, spacious, comfortable and with interesting handmade decorations. The family is delightful and very helpful. From here we were able to access different areas of the Pelion. Our favourite beach was Damouchari on the rugged east coast with 2 great tavernas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was like living in a dream. We stayed for a week with two children and had a wonderful time.

The house is surrounded with a big garden with magnificent views and is very pleasant. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and greeted us with a house full of nice surprises.

Like in many Pelion villages you have to drive through a steep and narrow street to get to the house but it’s worth it. The parking spot is on the street so you have to carry your luggage into the house.

We booked the entire place initially only for 1 night, but we decidee to extend our stay with another extra day. The location is like a fairytale: the garden with mountain view, the fully equipped kitchen, the comfy beds, the crickets and the sky full of stars, the quality time spent in the village and the great, simple food from the local tavernas. Host was wonderful. Drakeia village is a 20 min drive away from Volos and the villa a perfect retreat for our final days in Greece, before going back home. Totally recommend the place.

Much more than expected

the house is located in a triditional village of pilio. it is a house with a well cared garden and everything needed owners left for us plenty of stuff for breakfast,always hot water,and spotless cleaned facilities. they are discreet and lovely which is a surplus for me. personally i think it is underpriced. definately i will be back. parking is 100 meter away under shadow and there is no danger of any kind thank you!

the only matter is a steep cobblestone road to get there. first timers,new or european drivers might be alerted,but hey,this is a traditional village with donkey roads,it's magic includes that exactly!

Fantastic beauty

The place is an absolute dream for a relaxing gateway! So clean, so beautiful, so cozy! Has a great fireplace, great sound of birds and light wind! It was as gorgeous as it can get if you want to spend some days in peace 🌸💕🌈🍀

Amazing house in Dracea

We loved everything about this house , a warm welcome , delicious homemade cake and jam . The most stylish place with gorgeous areas to relax inside and out . We didn’t wNt to leave ! Hope we come back one day as it’s definitely the best place we have ever stayed . Thank you x
