Amazing atmosphere

The property is on top of a small hill that has a constant breeze blowing though it making the atmosphere on the balcony fantastically pleasureble at all times of day and night. And the view is amazing. The room is spacous and clean. The owners are extremely hospitable and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very good

Good location, near the beach, large and clean room. Cleaning was done everyday, change of towels and bedsheets every 2 days. Nice hosts.

Uncomfortable mattress and small double bed. The AC was old and the lid would not move so the cold air went directly to the bed, it was hard to sleep with it during the night. The key lock was also old and hard to use to open and close the door. Also they could put more string for drying clothes, I saw other rooms had a rack, ours didn’t.

Perfect vacation!

My boyfriend and I have stayed here for our vacation in September 2022. We also brought our dog, one year old yorkie. The owners were absolutely wonderful. Pleasant, helpful and so kind with our dog. She loved them both. The property is as shown on the pictures. It has a lovely yard with the parking lot - a huge plus in Parga as it gets crazy crowded in the evening. House is on a perfect spot, overlooking Valtos beach (you need 5min on foot to get to the beach) and very close to the city (8-10min). But be prepared for steep climbs, as Parga is all about steep and narrow streets. It did not bother us. That is what makes Parga so wonderful afterall. Our room was on the top floor, with a huge terrace looking at Valtos beach. You can hear waves through the open windows. There is a clothes line on the tearrace so you can dry your towels and clothes. Room was cozy and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our towels and bed linens were changed throughout the stay and room cleaned every day. Kitchen was fine dor us, with the fridge, stove top with two plates. Be aware there is no oven if this is important for you. There is no kettle, but you can quickly heat the water for coffee and tea on the stove. You get washing liquid, a new, unpacked sponge for washing the dishes and cotton kitchen towels. The bathroom was small but clean and nice. Only thing we would change is the lighting as it is a bit dim. But this is just our preference to have really bright lighting there. There is an air conditioner in the room and you can use it if it gets too hot. We used it only a little as nights were nice in September, so we slept with open terrace (it has slide door with mosquito protection). If we visit Parga again, we will surely stay here. Perfect place and supernice owners! Every recommendation!

Nice villa

The location of the villa. They cleaned the room every day. The room was big. The bed was perfect. I saw some reviews about the hard matress but for us it was great.

We had a sea view room but actually it was partially sea view. No coffee machine (I brought my own). No hair dryer - but I didn't ask at the reception. Also, please take into consideration that there is a hill to climb when returning from the beach.

Exceptional

Beautiful place on a good location, with a private parking spaces in the yard. It is close both to the center and especially to the Valtos beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed during the stay. The hosts were really friendly.

Pretty room, little expensive

Receptionist was very polite and friendly. Room was clean and it looks just as you can see it on pictures. Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Bathroom was very nice and there was hot water during the whole day. There are mosquito nets on windows, which is a must in Parga. Terrace is nice. Private parking is available to guests.

It is expensive. Walk from beach to hotel or from city center to hotel can make you feel very tired, as it is a steep and long walk.

A little gem

fantastic, light airy room with two spacious balconies in an attractive, quiet part of town. 5-10 minutes downhill walk to Valtos Beach. run by a lovely, incredibly helpful family. we really wished we could have stayed longer.

really nothing. it’s a steep walk back from the beach but that’s true of practically everywhere in Parga.

Good stay with really helpful staff

Great self catering room with beautiful views. It is walking distance from the Valtos beach which is fab.

The room was on the second floor and it has no lift so on extremely hot days it is an effort to go up the stairs, the ground floor rooms although not the sabe sea view , will be better for elderly couples or those with younger kids that may need carrying.

Highly recommended. Room was amazing with wonderful views. Clean towels and sheets every day. Very modern room with comfortable beds, free air con and secluded balcony. Although check in was from 15.00 as we arrived early they accommodated an early check in could not have been more helpful. Quiet setting with beach close by.

Very nice apartment on a good location!

Perfect apartment close to Valtos Beach and the boulevard. Spiros was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay here. Really good wifi, apartment was very clean and nice! Parking space next to the apartment.

Superb

They clean the room and change the sheets almost everyday. The mattress is very comfortable. The parking is excellent. It's very close to the Parga city center.

The furniture is very old. The bed is made from stone and it's tricky if you are traveling with kids. The bathroom has a bad light and the walls are painted in gray , so you don't see too much

Great location, excellent hosts

Our apartment was great, was kept very clean, it was near to the beach and had everything we needed. We had a nice balcony with a lovely view and could hear the ocean at night. Spiros was very helpful before and during our stay. He arranged our taxi for transfer to and from the airport and looked after us during the week.

Just perfect!

Good location, close to the sea and to the city center, the room was very clean and somebody cleaned in every day. Access to a beautiful garden with lemons and oranges just outside of the room was very nice. The owner was prompt and ready to help us.

We stayed in a room located on the ground floor with access to the garden where we did not have much privacy. The rooms are close and the space in the garden are not well delimited so we did not have privacy.

Exceeded my expectations by far!

Modern bed with very comfortable mattress. Big mosquito net infront of the balcony door. Quiet and modern AC. Cleaning everyday on default (if desired). Spacious kitchen with all equipment you need. Big shower with great water pressure! I was working from there and everything was perfect: Very fast and reliable WiFi (multiple Hotspots around the house), comfortable veranda in front of the appartment and many other seating possibilities around the house. Even better than expected! Also Spiros was very welcoming and helpful in every way and took instantly care of requests!

Hard to think about anything, but probably that the kitchen feels a little old compared to the rest of the really modern appartment. Still the fridge was totally quiet!
