I liked the space and the view

It’s a quiet place with a nice location up on the hill.
It’s more affordable compared to other properties in Parga.
Valtos Beach is also within walking distance, around 7–10 minutes away.
The sound insulation is basically nonexistent, so you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms.
There is no hairdryer, and there are no mosquito nets on the doors or windows, so mosquitoes can easily get into the room.
The balcony is practically unusable during the day since there is no shade from the sun at all.
The cleaning lady comes in every day, but the sheets are not changed. She simply folds the same sheets and puts them back on the bed. I would expect the sheets to be changed regularly during a longer stay.
The entrance to the property is quite difficult, especially by car. The parking area is under the olive trees and feels like driving through a forest. If you have a Jeep or a larger car, you might have some trouble getting into the property. The streets leading to the property are also very narrow and steep.
And the last 15–20 meters before reaching the apartment are basically like driving a rocket vertically. 😂
