Missing room code

We loved the location and the comfort

When we got there the room we were supposed to stay in had water damage, and so they moved us to another room. We didn't get the room code for the new room until the day before we left, so we had to keep our door open when we left... scary but thankfully nothing happened. This added a whole extra layer of stress to our honeymoon trip.

Location and the condo was immaculate! Would most definitely stay again!

Parking could be tricky due to the larger trucks that would park along the grass

Location was nice. Quiet end of the beach.

Shower did not work and toilet ran the whole time. I called to get someone to fix these problems and no one showed. Not impressed at all. If your cleaning crew does not take note of problems I would let them go.

perfect getaway at a beautiful condo

great location, quick to walk to beach. quiet, clean and everything was working.

that there wasn’t an option to park a golf cart on the property when there was plenty of parking.

I would stay here again in a pinch but I prefer to look elsewhere.

The property was directly on the beach with great views and very clean.

The Wi-Fi did not work the whole time. I contacted Vacasa twice about the issue since I had an important video meeting that I needed the Wi-Fi for. And they never called back or sent anyone to resolve the issue. The property doesn’t look like the property in the advertised images and it has carpet in a majority of the condo.

It was nice

The location was everything! literally steps away from the ocean, also had a pool & jacuzzi as well. Outdoor hose to spray off with. was close enough to things but not in the thick of it. The people around there were extremely kind & friendly. The condo had an at home feel which I loved & we didn’t want to leave. latitude was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels.

The condo had an old smell to it, kinda of reminded me of a old lady smell (lol I’m sorry that’s the only thing I can compare it to.) I do want to add that the condo was very clean, so it wasn’t that it was dirty because it wasn’t. Just an old smell definitely can use some updating. The main bathroom bathtub turns into a swimming pool fast while showering. The patio screen door came off of the tacks at some point & I couldn’t get it back on there. The Wi-Fi NEVER worked, asked for it to be looked at only for property management to come & do the same thing we did which was unplug it & plug it back in lol. The router most definitely needs to be updated. If you’re Wi-Fi dependent please beware! The lights are confusing to work, like the light sockets & switches don’t align too well. I also think there are too many tables in there, too much stuff. Hardly any room to move around. (The laundry facilities SMELLS SOOOOOO BAD. Like a damn dark basement, I will say that it has nothing to do with the condo as the laundry facility is attached to the main office and has nothing to do with the condo itself. Just a forewarning if you’re planning on doing laundry there. $1.00 for the washer .75 for the dryer.)

Great weekend!!

The view we had was great, and we just were steps from the beach, we love it !!

Everything was perfect, the only thing was the AC stop working our last day but other than that l highly recommend!!

The location of the property was good and far enough outside of PCB to be away from the crowds but close enough to still have fun

The room we stayed in was out-dated and could use a remodel with very few over head lights so at night it is fairly dark in the rooms since there is only lamps, along with a small water heater so only one quick shower at a time. Our room also did not have washer or dryer which was a down side to wash towels and swim suits between uses, there are coin washer on property tho. Also even though it is a private beach there are no chairs or umbrellas so bring your own or find somewhere to rent them. And lastly we rented through VACASA and they gave me the run around because they forgot to add in the listing and rental agreement that you have to be 25 or older to rent. They tried to pull out after I had signed the agreement which stated 21 or older. So be sure to read the agreements. Will probably never rent through VACASA again

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I love the location and the family atmosphere.

In our unit the back door did not work well and the blinds did not work correctly. We were told they were in the process of replacing it.

Hot tub broken..I called before I rented to specifically ask if hot tub was working was told is was good. Hot tub was not working wish they had been honest with me

Would love to stay here again, but the 8 hr. car ride was a little too much for us old ladies.

location excellent. Kitchen set up was a pleasure.

Other than the two problems it was a great place and would stay again

Small/no high rise. Family friendly

Didn’t have washer and dryers in condo and door to coin operated room on site was only open when you were out doing vacation things. Pluse had to spend hours driving all over town to find change to use in machine. That and washing our beach towels and suits took most of one day of vacation. And had to pack wet sandy towels to take home because we did stuff up until 11 am without family and the next day was ck out . Laundry room doesn’t open until 8:30 and ck out was 10am. The only other problem was the shower curtain in the shower was mouldy.

Convenient to everything!

When you walked in the door it didn’t smell clean! Had a musty odor! The refrigerator stunk so bad you could smell it in the living room when it was opened! Bought a 20 lb bag of ice, only got to use it one day! The ice smelled just like the refrigerator! Had to throw out drinks that was mixed up in a pitcher! Called Vacasa to report it, they sent some one out 24 hours later! The person that came out, said she couldn’t believe how bad it smelled! Brought a baggy of baking soda, said they were out of the small boxes! So we gave her a baggy and she split it up between the two baggies! My sister and I knew it wasn’t going to take care of that horrible odor! There was, looked like brownie crumbs on the one nightstand in the bedroom! So no it wasn’t cleaned very good! Can’t imagine who ever that was suppose to have cleaned it, thought the smell in the refrigerator was ok, because when you opened the door it almost knocked you down! When you walk in, should have a clean smell to it!

Not what we booked or expected

This property was not what we booked online. The sleeping accommodations did not match what was pictured when we booked. We had 5 adult women staying in the condo and were supposed to have had a condo with a full size Murphy bed in addition to a pull out couch and king bed. The unit we received had bunk beds built into a hallway wall. The sheets on the bed did not even cover over the mattress. In addition to the unacceptable sleeping accommodations the trash can had an awful smell, the secondary bathroom sink and tub did not drain, the coffee pot filter included did not fit the coffee pot in the unit and the balcony door did not shut all the way nor lock. The pull out couch also had food under it and none of the plugs worked. After several calls with the property management company we checked out of the unit and moved to a hotel. Still trying to get the property management company to call me back and discuss/approve my refund. I would not recommend this property. I was also told by the property management company that Booking.com uses random stock photos of units and that what you see online is not necessarily what you get. You just get something similar. The unit we got was not even remotely close to being similar. Extremely disappointed in the property and how our stay and issues have been handled.

It was right on the beach. It was clean. It was comfortable.

No laundry facilities available at the time of my stay. It was not open or working. Parking pass was not available although they didn’t tow my car.
