Nestled in Surf City, this lovely house for $836 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Fully remodeled Single Family 5 bedroom Oceanfront home with Hot Tub - Sleeps 13. Nordic Luxury Series Encore HOT TUB- seats 7 ! See Sister property- The Dream Getaway - Property ID 1836002 This Charm Getaway is a two story 5 bedroom single family oceanfront private getaway. Out of the 5 bedrooms - 4 of them have king beds with SPECTACULAR ocean views and deck access. The 5th bedroom is a bunk bed room with 2 Twin over Twin and one pull out trundle. We offer 2 levels of private oceanfront decking, outdoor grill, our door seating, outdoor showers and an oceanfront outdoor entertaining area which includes a new Nordic Hot Tub. Our location is IDEAL in Surf City on Topsail Island. We are on a quiet stretch of the beach surrounded by other homes but are still only 2 miles south of the pier and all of the shops and restaurants. We have installed new flooring and purchased new smart TVs - one for every bedroom and one in the living room. The home interior has been freshly painted and has new decor, new linens, new mattresses, new furniture, new sheets and towels and completely refreshed amenities. The oceanfront balcony offers captains chairs so you can see over the railings for unobstructed ocean views and chaise loungers for relaxing. The driveway can accommodate at least 5 cars. We provide 10 brand new beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys. Charcoal Grill and all grilling utensils provided. We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, Keurig and K-cups, hand soap, hair dryer in every bathroom - shampoo/conditioner, body wash along with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case by case basis and a $100 refundable pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs be allowed in or on any of the beds. We are sorry but we do not allow Cats. Well appointed, updated, and spotless! We have stayed in many homes on Topsail Island over the last 20 years and this is right at the top of our list! We definitely hope to return soon.

2023 has been a tough year, but this VRBO was exactly what we needed. 4 bedrooms face the ocean with bunk beds in the 5th. We only had 4 of us, but our girls loved exploring the house and the beach. Sunrises are perfect, but evening brings the stars, including the milky way. The home could not have been more perfect for us. We hope to be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay. I loved the location of the property. It was private but also close to restaurants and shops. The house came with all the beach gear we needed. My husband and nephews enjoyed surfing every day. ( We brought our surfboards). We enjoyed the wonderful decks.

Every aspect of the stay was wonderful. There are two nearby beach accesses, just far enough away that nobody sets up in front of the house. On weekdays it was almost like a private beach at times. The surf was very calm and blue during our stay, reminiscent of the Caribbean.

This was a fantastic home right on the beach. The beach was beautiful- white sand and turquoise water. This was one of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. They had all the beach gear you would need. A special touch was a bottle of white wine waiting for us. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. I would love to come back to this house next summer.

This property was perfect for a family of all ages!! Everything you need to have the perfect beach vacation was included! It was a wonderful addition that each bedroom had king size beds and a grill!

We had a great time and were so impressed by how well stocked the house was! It had everything we needed — lots of nice towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, paper products, a well equipped kitchen and more. Great communication from Christine the property manager too. We will be back!

We chose this beach home for a very special family trip and our list of must haves was long to say the least. This beautiful home not only provided everything we needed but it exceeded our expectations. Every detail from the cups in the cabinets to the selection of window coverings is obviously chosen with thoughtfulness and the guest's comfort in mind. Every room from inside to out was perfect. We loved it and are are already planning our next stay.

The oceanfront location cannot be beat. The bulk of the interior has been refurbished and the owners put a lot of thoguht into stocking the home for guests (ex. Kcups, spices, shampoo, plenty of beach towels, etc.). We will visit again!

Katrina’s home right on the water could not be more magical. The views of the water were stunning and the home had everything we needed for a weekend full of relaxing and cooking. We will be back!

We are local to the area, had a septic issue (eek), and needed a place to stay while the repairs were made. We had to extend our stay, and since the home was available (lucky us), We were lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful quiet town of Surf City. This home had terrific ocean views, and it was nice to utilize the hot tub after a long day. It was even stocked full of games which were fun sitting down with our busy teens for some quality time. Communication with the property manager was excellent; this home was clean and conveniently located. I highly recommend staying here.

The view is beautiful, the hot tub is great, and the kitchen, though small, is really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, good knives, and lots of spices. The manager responded immediately to our needs, and the owner was very helpful, as well. I would suggest some more seating, though. Thanks for a great time!

Such a great place to relax and ring in my 40th birthday with family! The house was a great lay out, very clean, and well stocked. Would definitely rent again! Between the gorgeous sunrise, the private beach, and tons of shells…we really couldn’t have asked for more.

We enjoyed our stay here in November. The house has an amazing ocean view from all the bedrooms. The beds and sheets were so comfortable and the house was equipped with everything that we could need. All appliances were top notch and the communication with the property manager was quick and very helpful. We highly recommend this property. SurfCity was a great visit for us and this home was just perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable and well decorated. There was even a yoga mat. The hot tub was a beautiful touch and there were plenty of towels and beach chairs. We especially loved the decks and daily beach walks.

This house sits directly on the beach with great access. Lots of king bedrooms with disproportionate living space. The images make the sitting area look larger than it actually is. The owner is very responsive but the host is slightly less so. The cleanliness was less than we expected. The ocean view and access are incredible.

Everything was immaculate in the house at check-in and the property manager, Christine, made the check-in process as easy as can be. We were able to check in a few hours early. Christine texts you the day of arrival and ensures you have everything you need throughout the stay. She even brought over some things we needed throughout the weekend. The house is gorgeous and in a really great area. The beach was pretty quaint so it almost feels like a private beach home. My only complaint is that they have a charcoal grill instead of a gas grill and it was hard to light with the wind, etc. I guess I am just partial and used to a gas grill :). We will definitely rent again next year!
